  1. Have a read here.. https://mag.lexus.co.uk/lexus-uk-statement-on-vehicle-theft/
  2. I believe it's available under the e-Store tab but I just tried clicking on it and just get a buffering symbol. I recall the bundles were very expensive! ETA.. Buffering has completed but I see nothing regarding the data plans.
  3. I'm on Lexus Link+ and the My Lexus portal works fine, all my car details are there.
  4. Sorry but there is nothing sensible about a diesel in modern motoring, unless one is a commercial driver doing mega miles.
  5. If the garage lost it surely they should replace it?
  6. On my 2020 RX the trip data is working, even without the phone being present i.e. when the tech takes the car for service. I only use bluetooth to connect phone to car and that works every time. Send to car works as does location data on the app. The new car 3yr free subscription service ended last year and I was advised the costs to maintain the in-car hotspot wasn't worth it. I did have 'mare when I first got the car (2yrs ago) and had to get support from Lexus.eu who finally sorted the communications after about 2 weeks. TBH they were good, keeping me informed almost daily. IMHO the phone app is just a gimmick, doesn't really provide anything I find useful...
  7. Just check the other posts on here regarding the RX particularly. Some insurers are refusing to cover the car because of the increase in theft rate ... Personally I feel that insurance that is required by law should be controlled by the government on a 'no profit' basis.
  8. I'm sure there must be but it would look rather strange and probably attract dirt. Perhaps try adjusting the height of the seat to change the angle your eyes are to the panel? This must surely be a fairly rare occasion when the sun is at the critical angle? I think I would just live with it, wear sunglasses?
  9. Download the owners handbook from the Lexus website in your country, lots of useful information in there and if your model has the concierge function it will detail how to set. it up
  10. If anything like in my RX one has to zoom in quite high.. "This feature is displayed on the map in zoom scales up to 50 m (50 yd.)." Download the Nav handbook from the Lexus website
  11. Pictures, spec, price????
  12. Have you inputted your VIN on the website I linked above to get the build sheet for the car?
  13. You might not have used the cruise control but does the LBX have a seed limiter? If so maybe this has been inadvertently engaged?
  14. Create a free account on the Lexus.eu website and enter the VIN for a comprehensive build sheet for the car https://www.lexus-tech.eu/
  15. It'll be fine, just might not start. Get yourself a jump pack and make sure you know how to unlock the doors with the metal key. It's all detailed in the handbook.
  16. Who have you tried so far?
  17. Pressure changes with temperature as well, so if the sun shines on one side of the car pressures will be slightly different to the shaded side.
  18. Nothing like loose wheel bolts? When did you start noticing the problem? Any work done ? Not hit any large potholes?
  19. Have you checked the owners handbook? Should be your first port of call when driving a new car, there will be all sorts of useful information you'll need to get the best experience from the car.
  20. I wouldn't be surprised if the system didn't automatically suspend alerts once it detects you are in France.
  21. CPS failing is a common reason for hot start issues
  22. Relax will be reinstated at the next dealer service after any faults found are corrected, so won't cover your current problems
  23. Pretty sure that's a microphone but nonetheless you have water above the roof lining. If what the above posters have suggested doesn't help get it to the dealer before additional damage to the electrics is done. Does the car have dealer service history? It could (should) be covered under the Relax warranty
