The ECU would normally relearn very quickly as you drive but as Rayaan points out this may not be the case in a car with e-CVT transmission. How long have you been driving this car? Can you be sure you are driving the same sort of journeys as the previous owner? -

I can thoroughly recommend Lexus dealership in Swindon, very accommodating, helpful etc. I use them for my RC. With regard to the rear door open/close button I think anything is possible but just how deep are your pockets? Was this ever an option for your model year? If yes then the parts are likely available but anything to do with Lexus retrofit is very costly. Regarding the TPMS do you have wheel sensors fitted?

A couple of related threads. I think any stand alone wheel/tyre insurance is likely to be very expensive. The fact Lexus won't cover using their preferred insurer would support this?
