    What do you mean, the car goes off? Does the engine start then stop? Does the dashboard show the Ready light when the engine is off? Once in the Ready state the 12v battery has no ongoing function and will be recharged by the traction battery. The traction battery will supply all electrical needs, with the engine cutting in and out to maintain the required charge in the traction battery shown by the bars in the display.

    I find it works perfectly for me. Every morning I press the button as soon as Ready and pull away silently. One must press within approximately 5sec or the engine will fire up.

    I have it in my RX and had it in both my RC coupes. Never had a n issue and found the system to be very reactive and responsive. Much more so than the adaptive (air) suspension on my Mercedes. Personally I find the Sport+ setting just too firm for our UK roads. In Normal and Sport it is very compliant and controlled.

    Historically a sunroof was a solid metal sliding opening panel and a moon-roof was a clear glass opening panel. nowadays the terms are interchangeable. Lexus are using the term 'correctly' or at least the translators are!

    Disable the keyless entry, either by pressing the buttons on the key fob, using the customisation option in the car (your handbook will detail the procedures) The latter may be a dealer only customisation..

    That wouldn't be a deliberate intervention on you part though. Any modification including the installation of the isolation switch should be notified to the insurer

    Just to clarify that would be the volume (On/Off) knob for the multimedia system, not the Power button to start the car!
