  1. Sorry, I voted before realising it was an F related question.. That said I always use V-Power, it's only an extra few quid per fill, not worth worrying about.
  2. Premium Nav? Press the Menu button, select Nav, select Menu, select My Memory, select Home, then select the desired option (register/edit/delete)
  3. As I posted above, why not have Autoglass (or another company) replace the dark glass with clear?
  4. I'm sure a company such as Autoglass could replace the privacy rears with clear glass.
  5. May be ok for the older cars but on modern models there are systems that require constant power, that require 'normalisation' once power is reconnected. Trickle chargers are anything but a waste of money, they maintain a constant charge level, keeping all systems 'normal'. Many high-end, high performance models, that probably wouldn't be used regularly have charge points factory fitted for easy connection to the maintenance charger.
  6. Issue 2 - Make sure you run the a/c all the time. Check the cabin filter condition. Check the scuttle drains are clear. Check the insulation under the carpets in the footwells.
  7. All my visits to the dealership are listed under the Service History, the PDI and one annual service, even down to my purchase of screen wash! Quite a bit of detail under each entry as well, pleasantly surprised TBH
  8. What Lexus is really missing is a speed limiter, much more useful than cruise control IMHO
  9. Fascinating watching the BPM during the technical bits. Thanks for posting, I need a lie down now!!
  10. Indeed, diesel isn't the engine I'd automatically expect within a hybrid. Too rough, harder to spin up at start and noisy. The auto box seems very inconsistent, some say it's wonderful, other jerky and sluggish. E-CVT is definitely the way to go. a wonderful revelation to me after years of 'normal' automatics..
  11. Doesn't cancel 'automatically' one presses the unlock button?
  12. From what I've read on various Merc forums, the 300h suffers a lot of issues with it's charging . Both the connector and the wiring. Water ingress into the charger socket seems prevalent on the earlier models. I looked at getting a C300h before settling on the RC300h. I know I've made the right choice.. MB reliability just isn't what it was "back in the day"
  13. I doubt loosing 24 bhp will be noticeable in day to day driving on public roads. What are the new torque figures?
  14. I think the LC is as special looking as the RC was when it first came out, so I'd imagine the LC's residuals will be very similar. The V8 is the 'right' engine for such a sporty coupe.
  15. This cleaner gets good reviews http://www.raceglaze.co.uk/race-glaze/race-glaze-alcantara-leather-cleaner/
  16. Probably washed out the SRP that was masking the chips etc..
  17. Exactly, no 200T engined models anymore. Also correct it would have been £1200 on first registration then £140 (or£340 for the next 5yrs if list price over £40k then a flat £140 per year.)
  18. Can one actually buy the 200T anymore? Doesn't appear on the UK website
  19. Even just water on the boot lid can drip into the boot when the lid is raised, usually just from the corners. What I find very irritating is the water that runs of the roof and into the door opening, usually dripping on me as I get into the car! Never experienced the like before on any other car.
  20. I wonder what it sounds like inside? Certainly not my 'cup of tea'
