I doubt it will have any significant effect. "What is oil viscosity and what impact does this have? Viscosity is a measure of the resistance of a fluid’s flow. The thicker (high viscosity) of an oil, the slower it will flow. Most oils on the shelves today are "Multigrades", which simply means that the oil falls into two viscosity grades (i.e. 10W-40 etc). In a 10W-40 for example the 10W bit (W = winter) simply means that the oil must have a certain maximum viscosity or flow at low temperature. The lower the "W" number the better the oil's cold temperature performance. The 40 in a 10W-40 simply means that the oil must fall within certain viscosity limits at 100°C. This is a fixed limit and all oils that end in 40 must achieve these limits. On my 2016 RC one selects either left or right exterior mirror on the adjustment switch. If neither is selected nothing happens on selecting Reverse Also check that the mirror position when in Reverse has been set, otherwise they won't move! The mirror position when reverse is selected is relative to the 'normal' position.

Tyre pressures are derived from the axle weight and contact patch area. Under inflation will allow the tyre to flex excessively and potentially over heat. Over inflation is less concerning, some police pursuit drivers will inflate their tyres to the max permissable to give pin sharp handling, at the expense of ride and a reduced contact patch area. Generally, for normal day to day driving, it is always better to stick with the manufacturer recommended pressures and especially any front rear delta. The pressures are recommended for a reason, not simply plucked from the air....

Parking sensors disable at speeds above approx 6mph, I leave mine switched on permanently. The indicator is simply there to show the system is enabled.

The ICE will kick in earlier if the outside temperature is low, as the cabin heater is taking heat from the engine coolant, if the inside temp drops the ICE fires up to warm the coolant Possibly? I know I can sit much longer in the summer compared with autumn winter ...

Mine's on the factory default position (middle) and seems just about right. Maybe it's model dependant? The only time I feel the need to intervene is when it's raining, flicking the headlamps to On. Why don't Lexus have the same system as Mercedes, whereby the dipped headlamps come on if the wipers operate for >20sec? The number of numpties driving around in the torrential rain today without any lights on ....

As Rayaan suggests try turning the auto headlamp sensitivity to minimum and see what happens? The system seems to be functioning ok as it clears when you disable the function with the RVM button, so it may simply be too sensitive.

I believe only the red rear bumper reflectors are checked at the MoT

Non functional on current models but the new 2019 RC does get functional vents, helps aero apparently

A garage cannot prevent the driver taking their car away, even with a Dangerous fail. What they can do is alert the Police, should the car be driven, rather than removed on a flatbed/trailer.
