Once started the 12v battery does nothing but accept charge from the hybrid battery. So I would have thought the 12v battery would only show a fault at start-up? @Concorde1 do you mean the hybrid battery has no charge or the 12v battery?

Journey length is irrelevant... I have had two under 4yrs old in thee back of my RC 300h, no problems.

My word! How'd you manage 24k miles with all that power, push it everywhere? BTW hybrid batteries are very heavy ...

In just 16k miles my rear tyres are showing wear on the inner edges. Perfectly normal according to the service manager. Geometry checked each service and is spot on. Fronts are wearing evenly across the tread width

How's the tyre wear looking?

Indirectly, by knocking the suspension geometry out. You might get tyre cuts by catching an edge though..

In the RC300h (2016) the entry system automatically goes dormant after approx 14 days, saving drain on the 12v battery.

Must admit to thinking this was the maximum safe inflation pressure for seating the beads on installation, not a safe max running pressure? Tyre pressures are a function of axle weight and so would be different for different cars. That sidewall value is specific to the tyre, not it's fitment.

Fuses rarely blow for no reason. Check the socket for damage/debris and always keep the socket cover closed when not in use.

Did you find the fuse?

You could have used the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of each page?

It's what the handbook calls the ignition button, the big blue one top left of the cluster..

When are you using the socket? "The power outlet can be used when the power switch is in ACCESSORY or ON mode" Fuse location, check the lid of the fuse box in the passenger footwell

Is it radar transparent?

Be careful using compressed air to blow out the brake discs/pads. Brake dust can be hazardous and should not be inhaled, protect you eyes.. (Sorry don't mean to preach to the converted....)
