I had cream coloured leather seats in my RC for three years, not a mark on them and hardly a crease. Even had the dog in the back many a time.
Lexus leather is so much softer than that in my Mercs but I'd say it ages much better. Mercedes do have a recognised issue with seat bolsters splitting.
Regular cleaning is key to maintaining a good leather surface.

Catalyst metals are not consumed or permanently altered by use, so makes no difference whether hybrid or not.
Unfortunately the scum that steal these things don't know this and believe what the press tell them..
Specifying the 2019 F-Sport with Takumi Pack is(was) approx £1500 cheaper than going for the Takumi grade. What does the Takumi grade get that the F-Sport + Takumi pack doesn't? Keeping in mind the F-Sport has AVS and LFA style meters that the Takumi doesn't get.
Done deliberately to drive the desire to upgrade to the model, as many marques do. Omit some functions in lower grade models/series but included as standard on more expensive versions creates model/grade differentiation. Then include them in the next face-lift..
First off, there is no alternator on a hybrid car. The 12v battery is recharged using the traction battery.
I've haven't used my CTEK on my RC but I see no issue with connecting directly to the battery terminals as I did on my Mercs. Or you could use the jump start terminals in the engine bay as detailed in the handbook?
I personally wouldn't disconnect the 12v battery to trickle charge it.
There are aftermarket kits available to increase the height of car seats, some are also adjustable. They are installed between the seat runners and the floor mountings.
A quick Google should throw up some candidates. An awful lot cheaper that a replacement seat...
Every car I've owned has suffered this, inherent in the design of the window rubbers with a felt insert to help reduce scratches.
Nothing to be done, except don't wind the windows down until the water has evaporated!
Really? One purchases a 1yr old Lexus, not a cheap car and then quibbles over a couple of quid a day ( effectively) on servicing?
All part of ownership surely?
I used d:class automotive to retrim my Mercedes in nappa leather, two tone and a custom design. It was a good 10yrs ago, cost was approx £2k. It included installing seat heaters to the rear seats..
