Retro fit a heated steering wheel?

Lexus tend not to fit looms for options not included in the build. One would also need a change to the centre console to accommodate the button plus there must be a module somewhere to control the timer function.. -

It'll need a lot of coding to make it work, plus additional wiring and changes to the steering wheel to include the button to move the display?

Lowering nx 300h F sport

I looked at lowering my RC300h but the only springs available were for the petrol variants without AVS. I was advised not to go ahead as spring rates would be wrong and would cause issues with the AVS. -

My understanding has always been that interior motion sensors are ultrasonic in the 100+kHz and the radar cruise sensor was in the 20+GHz range Microwaves are line of sight, ultrasonics diffract round obstacles -

One cannot charge the traction battery, if it truly is flat you need the dealer or specialist to sort it for you. If it's just the aux (12v) battery that's flat use the mechanical blade key to open the door and then the bonnet to get to the jump start terminals. Should all be detailed in your handbook.
