  1. In my RC there is Fan Off which disables the climate control and then there is Fan Increase and Fan Decrease. The latter two buttons customise the fan speed but do not change the Auto settings for distribution. Your description of operation is as I would expect. It's just when you mentioned 'fan off' I thought your IS system was as my RC. Definitely sounds as though your controller is confused. As Colin posts above, diagnostics required to see whats going on!
  2. Why the fan off? How do you imagine the system can move the air around? Set everything to Auto and the temp to what you want and let the car control the air distribution.
  3. But the difference is more marked in hybrids because at higher speeds the ICE will be engaged all/most of the time. Hybrid economy comes mainly in low speed urban driving when the battery power can be used effectively.
  4. No, if E10 fuel is sold then the forecourt will only supply E5 in super-unleaded fuels such as V-Power, Momentum etc..
  5. Increased intake noise, which some think a benefit.. Reduced filtering possibly increased engine wear. It might mess up the mass air sensor through over oiling the filter. Generally speaking unless one is remapping the engine after other tuning modifications there are no benefits to changing the air intake filter. The OEM filter, properly maintained, is not a restriction to performance. Any unauthorised modification may impact the warranty but unlikely to invalidate it. Was the car bought with finance (PCP)? In which case the finance company would have need to authorise any modifications
  6. How about remodelling your original wheel? These guys come highly recommended https://royalsteeringwheels.com/
