  1. Some dealers will try and match or better Carwow if you present them with offers generated through them.
  2. Some dealers will not accept cash, often citing the above reason. As for deals, they are only interested in finance transactions, where they make most of their profits, when they have more room for negotiation.
  3. I use the internet works well and is very current. I found the TMC somewhat tardy in announcements, probably due to relying on (mostly) fleet lorries/vehicles to monitor traffic flow. OK on motorways and major roads but gets sketchy on less travelled routes. Just curious, why are you having the tyres changed?
  4. Seems very odd. If they mean the 12v battery was too low, they could simply connect a battery support pack as they would any car they need to leave on for a prolonged period. If they meant the hybrid battery then that could be brought up to near full charge within 5 miles driving. Guess they didn't want to do it there and then. Possibly equipment shortage or failure? I imagine they would do the check at alter stage, after you've driven it for a while, FOC?
  5. From .gov "You have to pay an extra £335 a year if you have a car or motorhome with a ‘list price’ (the published price before any discounts) of more than £40,000. You do not have to pay this if you have a zero emission vehicle." https://www.gov.uk/vehicle-tax-rate-tables
  6. Kia-Ora to me is sitting in the cinema trying to push my straw through the drinks lid without making that awful screeeech!!
  7. That would be Kia-Ora now owned by Coca-Cola
  8. Try entering it in the website below https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/resources/vehicle-specs
  9. Do you have the VIN? I might be possible to find out what options were factory fitted using a decode website? https://www.vindecoderz.com/EN/Lexus https://drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/resources/vehicle-specs
  10. Just trying to understand more clearly. Are you saying there is a mounting space/point for the monitor already, just as if there was one originally and for some reason it was removed?
  11. It just help others realise the questions won't be specifically only UK related models and specifications
  12. Beautiful country! As Colin has already said you would need the navigation computer/module. Perhaps this what the man meant? I think I would be looking for a crash damaged car with the option you want and see if you could salvage the parts needed. It won't be easy as the wiring looms will need to be replaced. It really would be simpler to go with an aftermarket navigation system, if that is the prime reason for your wanting this option
  13. One would normally enter Other/non-UK So, where are you? Just out of curiosity..
