  1. I can vouch for that .. 😟 Thinking about the 450h plug-in hybrid, I see one can pre-heat the interior so presumably it has electric heaters. Does that mean one could drive fully electric in the winter without the ICE ever firing up? Or, as in the self-charging hybrid, the ICE will fire up to get the fluids up to temp? Must admit I'm quite tempted .... (I have an NX as a courtesy car next week while my RC is in for service to see if the model, albeit a current version, would work for me)
  2. What does the handbook say with regards to tyres sizes? There may be a list of sizes a pressures on a label on the drivers door pillar.
  3. That would be an interesting conversation, please let us know how it goes. I'm not sure how you can come to that conclusion?
  4. One usually shows pictures of the interior as standard. You don't even mention what colour it is!
  5. Perhaps get them to look at all the other issues...
  6. Do you really mean 225/50 section? Under UK law - which is based on a European Union standard - speedometers must never underreport a vehicle's speed, while it must never overreport by more than 110% of the actual speed + 6.25mph. So if you're going 40mph, your speedometer may read up to 50.25mph - but it can never read less than 40mph Calculator
  7. You seem to have had nothing but a complete litany of problems with this car... One really has to ask what was it about this car that encouraged you to travel 250 miles to buy? Or was it just that having travelled that distance you couldn't come away without buying?
  8. Gears to go, brakes to slow... Brake fade is extremely rare now with disc brakes. Very different from drums where they would heat up and expand away from the shoes
