On my 2019 RC in addition to the steering wheel volume buttons, there is a default incoming call volume that can be adjusted in phone settings menu. Display the phone settings screen: “MENU” button “Setup” “Phone” 2 Select “Sounds”. 3 Select the desired item to be set. -

That's not great, the real attraction for me was the ability to defrost the car before going out to it. From what you say it may well struggle to clear the windows! 🙄
