  1. I'm sorry, but the business model works even better now you mention helicopters. @emjay82 can sell the houses, each with free helicopter PLUS 1 year servicing. He knows loads about helicopters, and what he's forgotten can easily be picked up from one of them there Haynes manuals. These helicopters look quite simple.
  2. Or, go to work for a morning - take half day off, buy 1 trd kit and a night at the Savoy. After all, you work in the lucrative world of estate agency. In fact. Scrap that idea. Hook up with the bloke from Burnham On Sea ( @Big Rat). Get him to build some houses, you sell them and then buy a couple of LFAs! Actually, one small adjustment. Get @Mark G involved in your business. You find some condemned asbestos riddled properties, Mark sorts out whatever needs to be sorted asbestos wise, and Paul ( @Big Rat) renovates said properties. All you have to do then is sell the houses. Sorted, Two LFAs each and an LC-500 for the daily 'grind' Man, I picked the wrong career!
  3. He has a boot for the ugliest sister!!!! ;)
  4. Having seen the new Type R up front, I have to say I really am not a fan :(
  5. I track and record IS-F prices every 24hrs. All automated - I'm not that sad to do it manually. Prices are currently still falling. I know it is all crystal ball, but I'd love to see you views on what the future holds for the IS-F. I've created a little poll for you all to complete Base your prices on a clean unmolested IS-F.
  6. Lol. Into the Lions den.
  7. I thought this video had been shot in Merthyr Tydfil and the cars stolen from Russia.
  8. I don't think many IS-F photographs do the cars justice. Like all cars, the IS-F has certain angles that really work and some that don't. Generally they look better in the flesh. With regards to looking like a muscle car, I believe the designers of the IS-F simply didn't want that, but instead wanted to maintain subtlety. I love the E92 shape. I still maintain that it is one of the prettiest cars BMW have made. The C63 (of the same era) - I think that is starting to show it's age now. One last point I will add. When out driving and I see an IS, I do have to look carefully to see if it is another IS-F, but this is the same with the M3. From the front I have to check for a power dome and from the back I have to check for @Rusty Crobar style pipes. I guess what I am saying is that all 3 of these cars, the IS-F, C63 and the M3 could have been designed to be much more aggressive.
  9. Great stuff. A new record I believe :)
  10. Just looked on Autotrader. First car that popped up was this. I know which I'd prefer!
  11. And just in case you are not jesting, make sure you have unlimited minutes on your mobile call plan.
  12. Heh Tom, I hope the weather holds. Really wish I could be there. Looking forward to seeing some photos :)
  13. I don't mind the blue car at all - but agree with @emjay82 about the pram handle. There's no doubt that the IS-F could have been made to look more aggressive, but at the end of the day, it is a Lexus. I'm guessing the designers achieved exactly what they wanted.
  14. For those that are unable to attend, is there a live stream? @Big Rat, you are a techie type, can you sort it out please?
  15. You lot do know it is Super Saturday tomorrow?
  16. Oi - you talking about me!!!! ;) @Dave400SE (for me) white is the best colour. Looks amazing.
  17. Have a great day out guys!
  18. 5 miles! Spirited driving will mean required fuel stop:)
  19. I only want low noise, great fuel efficiency, great dry and wet weather handling and long lasting :)
  20. Or just wait for the prices to fall even further.
  21. He's a very posh man. Wears designer clothes and all!
