Got this condensation problem in rear o/s outer light according to Lexus manager caused by muck behind black plastic cap sitting in tail gate recess that I cannot see and his words poke it out using a piece of wire this was a £64000 motor 2021 I don’t think for one minute I should poking anything out come light not covered on warranty been in touch with Lexus uk and awaiting there reply nothing ever mentioned about this is problem Lexus are going backwards customer care out the window not at all imp😡ressed

Just been to Lexus dealer with RX450h takumi with rear right tail light with condensation problem brought the car new from this dealer 2021 just done over 8000 miles told by the manager this is not covered under warranty and wanted £600 to replace said light so the warranty they offer you is a waste of space and money Lexus going to loose a long standing customer not impressed.

Dave if you fit them please show a photo or two and rough cost of changing all wheels and tyres they look impressive

Well said same hear brought the car not the gizmos of which some of them are switched off by me but got a great motor

Sorry to hear his car was stolen where did he bye it Lexus cars mainly RX mark 1V have been stolen in vast numbers in the London area in the last three years slowing down due to plates being fitted free of charge same old story in less you ask Lexus don’t tell you looks a lovely car scumbags

Hi Kev had tracker fitted last Friday different between yours and mine yours try’s to them stop stealing it mine they have to catch them after they have stolen it think you have better deterrent only tracker was fitted free sooner have had the ghost just might go the distance and have one.

I know just paid one £1707 insurance plus the car tax total over £2300 I am just over 76 year old well over 30 years no claim only none conviction court scrumping when I was about twelve short legs could not run fast enough happy days.

Totally agree phoned them for a quote would will not insure Rx just another company that will not insure Lexus RX also the reviews are appalling

Well over the last few weeks no one complaining on the forum about rx450h insurance so everybody must be happy 😃 certainly not me just paid £1707 for next year GoCompare start from £2300 and many many will not insure you hear are some LV/CO OP/SARGA/HASTINGS/SANTANDER +lots of others insured with NFU MUTUAL in the end over 40years no claim and clean license as like some of us over 75 just also lost my winter allowance .Have a lot of sympathy for those in the London region insurance must be mega

Hi Bernard I will be doing the same depending on renewing price due in September problem with changing to another make there are none out there as reliable as a Lexus in my opinion but will be looking 👀 shame Lexus don’t seem to be bothered has yet ???

Hi Geoff brings back lovely memories let mine go three years ago had a Messa red brought new in 2010 and in the ten years of having it never saw another on the road. Still see it as the new owner looks after my RX love to bye it back if only the wife would understand

Sorry I’ve found over the years there is no loyalty with any insurance company there out there for one thing much money as possible

Hi Barry I was with AXA last year they doubled my premiums from just over £600 to over £1200 would not give reason to big hike so went to comparison site but not much better over 30years no claims no conviction of any type Lexus insurance are a joke but if you got a good deal well done.

Well done the pair of you those prices you must be happy just hope I can get a Good deal in September.
