I switched from BMW because of this problem. It was even worse there.

I already compared my car to another two 300h but both were IS. The much smoother one was 2013 model. 2017 IS was more like that of mine. Maybe facelift means cost optimization too and my car is missing something.

All technicians are saying it is normal.

I have only about 20k.

If only electric motor is running, It is great. My suspicion is that engine is getting worn too fast.

As a GS300h owner I am a lot disappointed after 1,5  year of daily driving. Dashboard rattles and squeaks, engine is trashy and generates loud vibrations in almost all rpm range. Power is not an issue but, economy changed from 5.2 Liters/100km to 6.5. Maybe i have bad piece but the car is not what it was. From sweet whistling car i have now a tractor with jackhammer under the bonnet. 

It looks like hold button is not in game, as I don't use it. I've checked it but it is not source of problems. I'm thinking about something like Dual mass flywheel, but I'm not sure if this car has such part.

Time ago I began to feel my car vibrating, especially at low revs. Driving another car with same engine confirmed this, older IS 300h was much quieter. I've noticed my car's engine start up is much harder than before, it feels like there is some resistance. Usually i drive only in urban areas, speeds below 100km/h. Today i drove on a highway and  it was really problem to keep 130 km/h. My car for sure has lost a lot of power, or there really is some part making serious resistance in the drivetrain.

Yes I already switched to stock Bridgestones. BTW Japanese Bridgestones and Polish Bridgestones with same specs are very different tyres.

After a time this problem is not away, but I've done some observations:
1, There are squeaks in the dash when passing bumps on the road. It looks like something in glove box, but it is sound from deco molding and black soft plastics, it disappear when i touch them.

2, Despite it sounds like it comes from prop shaft, it is not a prop shaft. It is the same place on the dash.

3, My car doesn't feel as refined as it should. This week i was driving 2013 IS300h which should be slightly louder, but it was much quieter.

4, With ICE on while standstill and charging hybrid Battery, it is loud inside. ICE on but not charging, it is quiet.

5, Engine vibrates. Simple paper ticket from car park left in cup holder makes similar droning.

6, Service man doesn't see it abnormal.

There are Dunlop Winter Sport 5, 17 inch on stock alloys.

Yesterday here was a snowstorm. We got 10 cm (4 inches) of new snow on the road. I would only tell that my car performed surprisingly great on unploughed road. No problem drive off on  incline in such snow. I was little bit afraid of snow and RWD after 2 BMW's with xDrive, but now i am not. The car is really great in winter.

This is exactly what i think.

After 30 minutes cruising it should be over 40°C. I've found something about batteries. Due to low temperatures, electrons are running slower and overall Battery output can decrease.

I saw somewhere that heating increase ICE usage. I tried set as low temperature as possible but it was the same. Slow recharging doesn't seem to be reason, as I have hybrid Battery always almost fully charged.

Hi GS hybrid owners!

Real winter is here and my car's fuel consumption increased from 5.5 l/100km to 7.5. Possible reason is low power from electric motor. Before i could go using only electric power even when ICE was almost totally cold and hybrid Battery low (2 of 8 cells on display) Now if I have warm engine, Battery charged 6-7 of 8 but EV mode still unavailable. Sometimes ICE shut down while braking, but start up immediately after fine touch of gas pedal. Eco meter (big left gauge) shows that i am out of blue eco range even on slight acceleration. Maybe a cold weather (we have -30 to -10 °C ) can cause this but i am unsure.
 

It is still there, but less pronounced. Today i got it driving downhill. I decided overlooking it. If it get worse again, i will go to dealer.

Yes, I bought this year, back in April. Before purchase, i was there for a test drive 2 times. Both times i got postcard from them. That's very nice too.

Today i got a small surprise from the only dealer we have here in Slovakia. There is Bottle of Wine and Panettone cake. This is something that helps making Lexus brand premium. This is very nice and very unusual in Slovakia.

It comes from gear shift lever. If shift to P or D it rattles. If I shift to N it is quiet. 
I am afraid of going to dealer. Disassembling interior panels and putting it together usually results in more squeaks.

Yes it sounds like that, but it is not from glowbox.
