  1. Phew.... I thought it was gonna be another RCF defector ;-)
  2. Sun broke out briefly in Poole. She's still a pussy magnet even if almost 10 years old....
  3. I know.... Ps.... Here is my black Enzo in the rain by a bin ;-)
  4. Work phone so not an issue... I give in... What is it?
  5. These are what I run https://www.mtecbrakes.com/brake-discs/lexus/is-f-08-13/is-f-5-0-02-08-12-13.html My advice.... Don't get drilled discs if track driving... :-(
  6. Cool. I had one on my 350z which really made a massive difference to noise as the milltek exhaust I had was too quiet. Trying to stick with what I know. If crap, will just put Tom's panel filter back in :-)
  7. I thought it was the only one that kept the 2nd valve opening as it sealed up to the original airbox :-( Looks like an unused Takeda intake may be on eBay soon ;-) Intake should be here tomorrow. Managed to translate exhaust invoice to it arriving on the 16th. Apparently (according to ze Germans) I am the only one with the Type 25 exhaust in the UK (well will be). The Type 16 option is quieter. Didn't know that though. Just went on the look of he tailpipes :-)
  8. On a slight tangent but I am running MTEC discs all round at the moment due to my Brembo cracking during a trackday and cheese grating my Brembo pads. So far so good wrt discs. Running Brembo pads (apparently) from ECP with no issues although I miss the bite of the yellowstuff pads I ran a couple of years ago. Will be swapping them out for yellowstuff pads for further track work.
  9. Bumping my own post.... Takeda intake has left the States..... Excited. My update from Fox Exhausts is in German. Used Google Translate. Still no clearer. I think I may have ordered an exhaust from a Panzer IV. I know that schwarz is black so l think that at least means the tips are correct and black ;-)
  10. Found you... Took a while. Bit like an Evo edition of where's Wally. Good work.
  11. Forgot the Suzuki Swift in the distance as well.
  12. Sometimes I just say "F It" and post on there. My 335i which was approved used BMW was in BMW garage for 11 weeks in 12 months. All covered under warranty but the novelty of an i3 soon wore off as my courtesy car. Another thing against the M4 in the pic.... And the RCFs and GSF. I can't afford one ;-). So it's jealousy. But I am pleased for you guys.... Honest :-) Right. Back onto the Max Power forum to discuss 1/4 mile times with the Focus ST boys against the Lexus.
  13. Without Google... Gonna say pre collision system and auto cruise control. Now gonna Google.
  14. No real amusement. Just got off defending Lexus from BMW fanboys on Pistonheads so I am more comfortable on homesoil. I am a big fan of the M4 and the M3. A girl I work with has a stunning grey M3 Comp Pack. My own ownership experience of having a BMW 335i is that I never want to return (that's why I am here). Apart from an E46 M3. Still bucketlist.
  15. Yeah but that's like when you go out on the pull with your mate when young free and single and you pick out an awful shirt for your mate with pictures of dustbin lids all over it and say "birds will love you in that" That's what you have done..... ;-)
  16. Did you all have to stop and wait so that the M4 could reset it's fault codes ;-)
  17. Loud exhausts save lives. Remember the Green Cross Code.... Stop - Look - Listen.... Or hope that the Nissan Note has poverty tyres that make enough noise that it makes up for electric motor.
  18. They were about 1.3m in Singapore as cars cost almost 4x their equivalent US dollar cost. @Big Rat I used to work in Singapore if you have never been and need some tips. Tips may vary depending on if you are going with Mrs Rat or not though ;-)
