    Rear drivers side. Just occasionally didn't open from inside or out. if it was my side I'd finally have my dukes of hazzard dream car!

    @Farqui mine does it, and is a 56 se. mines been in the garage today with a sticking door lock(massive £25 bill to strip and lube the mechanisms!) I'll go out and check these later (once the Accord buyer has come to collect)

    Can you remember the cost at all? I've had two quotes so far £351 from derby and £398 from Stoke (excluding discount) for a second key. i don't think it's exclusively lexus who can provide but the locksmith id lined up failed to turn up on Monday

    I'd like to get my calipers done (subject to an insurance adjustment check) what colour blue is it? Looks good window tinting reduces visibility for the driver

    The cause doesn't matter BUT check the size of the scratches and dents, it's quite small. certainly large scrapes wouldn't fit the definition or large dents. having said that there are users in here that have benefitted from the policy so worth investigating i feel your pain I'm also a magnet for idiots it seems. I'm thinking of starting a cult so I can at least benefit from the stupidity and ignorance...

    Hopefully you have a bit better luck than me so far someone's scraped it and driven off in the first 48 hours and someone else keyed it in the first week (parked in different places)!!! keying should polish out at least

    Anyone have one they'd recommend? ideally I'd want to be able to use an app (apple) and have the potential to cover multiple cars i remember reading something here around a kill-device which could also be invoked remotely via app?

    Hi you need to find a local independent those repairs feel unlikely and not reasonable for a car of that age/value using a main dealer the shocks could go on for years and still not fail a full exhaust custom made should be around £500 inc fitting

    Very competitive pricing and certainly beats dealer rates oil & filter change £295 please... sorry? i use my local independent at £50 an hour and supply the lexus parts myself.

    These are all normal advisories for Lexus cars id be very sceptical, and my garage charges £50 an hour inc Vat find an independent and if you want the work done, save yourself a few hundred pounds did they video the faults for you?
