I also experience this issue but in eco only. I would recommend driving in normal. There is a plug and play mod that should help with what you are describing, plus it fills a blank slot (Y) http://www.apexi-usa.com/store/index.php/electronics/smart-controller/smart-accel-controller.html -
Indeed it is from Scotland. I did a 400mile Road trip to London in one go averaging 34mpg on the trip, cruising at 73mph in eco mode. Really impressed with the comfort of the ride and the seats. However, they could of done a better job with seat belt holder. The white looks amazing in the sun with the glitter shimmering, otherwise it looks like a van white on a dull day. I prefer my pearl white toyota gt86, it's more creamy. Sorry for the poor pictures, the sun been hiding
