That is a great looking car, and that for me sums it up "great looking", while 500-550 bhp makes the isf look underpowered, it is not an issue for me, I can make very very good progress when I want to and the conditions are right and I have never found myself, when exiting a corner or carrying out an overtake wishing the car had more power. The BHP thing happened in motorcycling for a number of years, it just crept up and up, it was just bragging rights really, it was impossible to use most of the power on the road, but people kept buying, including me for a while, and I think this is where, to a certain degree we are going with cars, or is it me just getting old..............answers on a postcard.............

Ha ha, I did exactly the same, surprising how different they all sound,

I had mine made at Infiniti exhausts, basically you tell him what you want and he makes it, very very good fabricator, i had the rear section replaced on mine keeping the secondary cats, sounds absolutely great, had loads of comments, yes it does drone a bit at 1900-2000 rpm but it doesnt really bother me, even after 600 miles. All stainless, £500, bargain..............

Yes Autosol or Brasso on mine, give the securing nuts a quick spray with WD-40 before you try to remove them as the studs have a habit of shearing.

Looks good, might try it myself, I do enjoy a good bit of cleaning.

This is my 4th Lexus, apart from servicing and tyres i have not had to spend one penny on any of them, absolutely nothing, and a couple of them had plenty miles put on them in a short space of time.

It doesn't do it for me, I think some cars should be left alone and some can be improved on.

Or even stranger is an IS350 being quicker than an original ISF. Which track is this?

It depends how long we want to take doing it, I would prefer to do a Thursday to Sunday or Monday so we are not rushing it, however I have quite a few things planned this year so it all depends on dates, at the moment w/c Mon 6th March suits me, after that I don't know.
