Haha - 458, DOH! Infinity is a nice car. Not sure why more don't sell. It's the S version. So has a 3.5L V6 (identical to the later HR 350Z engine), plus hybrid. 365bhp and it's 4wd. Loaded with tech and features and has the usual Nissan reliability.

Few photos from my Europe tour last month. Went to see the Monaco Classic GP, then took the scenic route back. 2,360 miles in total. Both Lexus' were faultless. Driving highlights included chasing a Ferrari 358 through tunnels on the south coast of Italy, all of the alpine and black forest passes, and hitting 160+mph with a local M3 on a de-redistricted section of the autobahn.

Just a Takeda intake. Checked on the Vline website. V2 is only available for 06-09. I've got a 2011 and looks like you've got a 2010. Is there a version for our model year cars I'm not seeing?

Nice set of mods. Got the Apexi and USRS myself too. Recommended! How much is the new Grom Vline, and have they sorted out the various issues they were having with it before?

Sounds like they're including an admin fee? Normally can be waivered if you ask nicely. If they're saying it's all to adjust to the new premium for the course of 1.5mths, they're saying your renewal will be £680 extra than your current policy!

For OP, I opted for a Takeda intake (imported from the US). Supposed to give a little power (doubtful), but make the intake noise a whole lot better! Cheapest way of liberating a little more V8 growl. I think you need to be a bit more specific on the type of mods you are interested in, and maybe a budget too.

You might be thinking of helicopter tape, the stuff they put on rear arches/doors/sills. That's a lot thicker than PPF to endure debris for the lifetime of the vehicle. I could do with replacing mine though (2011, 30K) as the edges have peeled slightly and dirt is getting in.

I'd take the pump/goo over run flats any day, which i suspect the GS-F is supplied with. I've got an '08 Mini, and couldn't wait to ditch the run flats and just carry an after market pump and sealant kit.

Hi guys, for paint chips I fill them with paint as you all will have done before. But this will tend to leave an unsightly blob. After lots of research, I found that Ultrasolve is ideal for flattening them off afterwards. http://cpc.farnell.com/electrolube/uls200d/ultrasolve-solvent-cleaner-uls/dp/SA00849 Its the same solvent used in some fancy kits. All you need to do is let the paint dry for some time (few days is ok for me). Wrap a piece of taught smooth fabric around a credit card. Apply the solvent and rub the high spot off. Re-apply paint as required and repeat. It only dissolves the touch up paint and does nothing to the factory paint.

Don't bother fitting them to RCF or GSF. Lexus fixed the issue for them. No problems with uneven tyre wear etc. It is an option to fit those newer RC and GS ones to the ISF. But being Lexus parts, they are more expensive than the RR Racing ones.

Put me down as a maybe. Always thought I could go santa pod RWYB if i wanted to drag it. But this could be good fun. Travel time, venue and number of interested parties are key for me i guess.

Brodit branded holders are a bit pricey for me, so I have a cheapish wireless charger holder from ebay attached. Alternatively there are plenty of magnetic holders people seem to like. Pop one on your phone, stick / clip on to the car and have it almost anywhere you like.

Just come back from Monaco classic. Very much recommend that when it comes back around in 2 years. LeMans was awesome when I went years ago. I never camped though, so would like to do that at some point.

40 all around for months now. Giving very even tyre wear.

Squeaking is quite normal I find, at a low level. Certainly happened on the original Brembo pads/discs I just replaced. Tends to be when brakes are only used lightly. Need some good hard stopping and it clears away. Make sure you put a small amount of copper grease between the anti rattle shims and pads. They had some on from the factory when I disassembled.

Just fitted new set of pads and discs from ECP the other weekend. No problem. They're genuine Brembo and come sealed in branded boxes, with branded foil seals. Only problem with ECP is expect to get the wrong part, or for them not to have it in stock, or some silly mess up. However their customer service is great, I've found. My front discs should have been £140 (pair), but because they failed to get them in on the day they said, they offered me them for £100 and free next day delivery!

Not arranged by LOC or attended that I know of. Plenty of other club stands though. I'd be going with Lex Nation if I'd got myself in gear sooner. 50 cars on their stand.

I keep seeing a Corsa on my commute with "N5" reg. Must be worth more than the car, multiple times over.
