I have seen batteries with 5 year warranty, think it goes by colour. Silver gold etc and manufacture varter or whoever it may be. -

At the end of the day its the water that rots from inside out. Dont know if shorter journeys speed up the rotting, as not getting up to temperature. Winter weather gritting salt also has a bearing on life also. Do you live in speed bump heaven or hell, all these things dont help. At the end of the day if it lasts 7 years or more is not that bad really. We expect things to last for ever, then moan when they break. In the year of cortina excort etc if they lasted 2 years that was it. But somebody above hit the nail on the head,why not have a patent exhaust?? I have bought wheel centres and a few odds and bods lately from the far east. Brand new for pennys and then been informed the item is no longer available. I have recieved them all but the listings have gone. All i would say find somebody to make you one up in mild or stainless steel. And yes it can be as quiet as stock i have had them myself.

Trouble with secound hand you could get a good one, then again get same as you already have. As pete says loads in scrappers, problem is breakers want new price for these cars. I was quoted for 4 wheels with bald tyres, more than brand new from a dealer delivered.

If you buy a resonated system they are not to bad. Where i live camerons do a stainless exhaust to your speck. If you have had a system where welds break then its been crap from the start. I have had them on cars look loverly, sound oe no drone popping or banging its what i asked for and payed for. Shop around loads of places make exhausts, it was just a thought if you go on to mad motors site they do lots for lexus cars. I have been on utube and listened to lots of the systems, and at normal speed they sound ok. Im not one for loud last thing i need where i live.

Mad motors in uk do this invidia cat back for about 700.00 Telephone 01422 832600 This is stainless steel, in answer to your question . Lexus is huge in america and parts will fit perfect. You get all fittings as well. Downside is delivery and you may also incur customs fees on exhausts.

Car also had a screen early in its life, its only on 51000 odd at moment. I purchased the intake gaskets from Usa for when i do the plugs. I think you have to be prepared for things. I paid 21.00 to my home long wait though.

No tyres nothing to do with me, only bought car a few months ago. Calipers im used to skoda ones are absolute rubbish. { Rears } First thing i did when i bought the car was 4 new wheels and tyres, original 10 spoke. Cleaned and painted the old ones in anthrasite, fitted with michelin winters. New front discs and pads rear pads discs were fine. Calipers regreased and fully cleaned up. Slides and boots re packed with rubber grease.

advise nsr brake caliper siezed on lower slide / advise replace / NOT MOT FAILURE also both rear tyres near limit.

Yes took ages to sort the noise source, not had a problem for a couple of weeks now. Famous last words but i am still going to treat them all the same.

I had same problem sounded like a machine gun. What i did when it occured again, i got out and tapped the front ones and it stopped. It has only occured once since, and as you say in the rain. I am going to spray mine with electrical cleaner not wd.

Could have been maff, when i installed bulbs tryed starting car with out it plugged in.

I would have thought so, but vehicles are strange to say the least. Can you get it on a ramp or lift to have a look underneath.
