    I believe injectors have to be coded as you say. You will need somebody with lexus programm to do this.

    When heat shields come loose you get a metalic rattle. Could be stut top mounts have you tryed pressing on wings. Could even be pads in the discs rattling.

    A while back local tesco cars were filling up and then unable to start. AA lived there turned out to be radio signal from one of mobile phone networks.

    No led lamp posts been fitted since no problem what so ever. Its a strange one to say the least.

    I had same problem my red flashing light just stayed lit. I changed fob batteries and tried all the above. We had a massive downpour through the night, i finished work at 1am every thing was fine. Could not get in the car next morning. Aventually got in moved the car about 10 feet tried both keys fine. I then parked where i normally park and everything fine untill present.

    I think there is 2 holes in hub just tighten them till the hub comes off.

    Yes mine are on a to do list as well. I will buy the shoes and fit them. Vectras are same and were a pain to do, had a look throu inspection hole could not see a thing. So if hubs off i will renew cars done about 53000 mls and they dont last for ever. Sure adjusters are on the bottom seen a how to somewhere.

    Thats why nobody trusts them and either does their own or use a reputable garage.

    Sounds shocking that mate. You need to ask questions, pitted discs dont fail mots there are plenty of oe discs and pads for a fraction of the genuine pads and discs.

    I have 225 front 235 rears but agree 225 all round would be hard to tell. You would normally put thinner snow tyres on. Just look at the rally cars. I think if your not bothered about the arches been filled , you could go 205 50 17 no problem.

    Always do all 4 tyres with winters mate. I have falken summers on the car very good but not used there winters.
