    Nice one not recieved mine yet, Lexus bradford did not know when the go ahead would be. Obviously must be parts coming hope i get mine soon off work for 2 weeks.

    Look on auto trader and other places, cars of that value are on for months. Exception its got all the toys, right colours inside and out. Right wheels and the list goes on. You may like the colour combination others may not? Just be careful same as our cars we all look for something? I love heated and cooled seats you may not. So not a selling point to you if you get what im saying.

    I agree with steve when i purchased my vehicle i part exchanged, and payed the rest in cash. Depending on price i normally pay cash or bank transfer.

    We are recalling 1,084 Dunlop SportMaxx GT summer passenger car tires in size 255/40ZR19 100Y XL produced in weeks 37 and 38 of 2015, in order to retrieve 369 tires which were manufactured with an incorrect tread compound. The affected tires can be identified by a DOT number on the sidewall of the tire reading DN5W JC1R 3715 or DN5W JC1R 3815. No other of the company’s brands, products or sizes are affected. The use of the incorrect compound reduces significantly the tire’s wet grip performance which presents a road safety risk.

    Recall is free of charge yes. they have only just started to do them but not loads of IS250 in uk. Calipers yes you should feel, make sure hand brake works also, its inboard and a pain to do. Exhaust just listen for obvious unusual sounds.

    Looks a little belter mate, dont be afraid to travel for the right car. Iv travelled to birmingham for a car before. Nice round trip and you get a feel for the new car you have bought. She looks good for the money all the toys and a nice colour to boot. In york there is 1 IS250 and 1 IS220d a lovely Gs300 and a Beautiful Gold430 1 200h and a couple of IS200. So not a lot on my doorstep, my car came from Rotherham.

    Hi welcome back the wheels are a pain as you may well be aware. Cars are currently on a recall for fuel pressure sensor gasket. Air bag recall imminent as well. Had mine just over a year no faults apart from above, fuel sensor gasket was done other week. Make sure spark plugs have been done if getting a car with 60,000 miles plus. Its very expensive unless you do it yourself. Make sure brakes arent sticking and exhaust is sound. Also make sure all panels have the factory number sticker on, means no body repairs. Hope i have not scared you.

    I agree with john wheel bearing makes more noise faster you go. Have you got a lose wheel inner arch? If its wheel bearing it is a full system as you say. It could well be the brakes sticking on or even a warped disc.

    I payed 166.00 at lexus bradford for the plugs, while doing the sensor a no brainer really. did oil and filters myself for around 60.00

    I shouldnt think so buy an after market, or visit a scrap yard and just try one.

    My mate at work runs the ZV5 on his octavia Vrs, seems well pleased with them. I have never used so can not comment. I just bought the new goodyear Eagle f1 asymmetric 3 225 & 245 18s to go with some team dynamics pro 1.2 i just bought today. Hope they live upto their claim. Never had Good years in ages, i like the falkens for wear and good in the rain.

    Strange some dealers know when air bag recall will be. I agree with Linas to an extent but when i enquired bradford did not know when they would get the go ahead. Of coarse it would of made sense to kill two birds with one stone.

    Yes seems strange service from different dealers varies,we cant all afford new. I originally booked with leeds but changed to bradford through a forum member. I mentioned this to bradford who were pleased i did. I had car picked up by a guy called richard,talked me through what would be done really helpful. Had car next morning around 9 o clock refuelled, wasnt cleaned as i asked not to be. Car had a full health check all ok except slight rear disc corrosion.

    Plugs were 166.00 inc vat , which was why i had them done. came to 181.00 with the puncture repair. I could of done the plugs myself next year, but a no brainer with having the recall done. Really pleased with the service from bradford lexus.

    Cars back replenished of fuel, new spark plugs and puncture fixed. Just slight corrosion on rear discs was only fault found. Richard who took the car, said they couldnt believe the condition in out and under bonnet. Nice compliment to say the least.

    Cars gone in guy called richard picked it up, Will get back tomorrow afternoon. Asked about air bag recall , it is happening but lexus uk not been given go ahead yet. Washer is only thing been replaced ? Seems strange any way plugs been done at same time, so am happy saved me doing them. Just had a call rear puncture, slight corrosion rear discs. 11.40 No wonder it takes 5 hours to do a 2 hour job.

    Must agree i normally run 38psi in the rears, but as you say all worn even.

    Were the tyres saw toothed, skodas are notted for doing the rears. All these so called 4 wheel geometry is a load of you know what. It is down to certain brand tyres on certain vehicles. I prefer Falken 914s on the rears of my cars, brilliant hard wearing tyres good in dry and wet. Good price as well had no trouble at all with uneven tyre wear. I also agree pointless sending them back,you wont win that one.

    Gutted for you mate been their myself, so know the feeling. Its amazing the strength in a modern car, at least no one was injured. Have they offered full book price.

    Alternator would drain the battery not the starter. Starter starts vehicle and goes back in, have you checked the belt see if its fraid or snapped.
