Yes changing 2 tyres is a bad idea, also different wear rates is a problem. But no car is absolutely quite unless a rolls or similar expensive car.

Goodyear Asymetric 3 for me all round on 18 wheel lovely ride and quite as you like. I agree with Rayaans also, you are bound to get noise on uneven roads.

No as far as i am aware, people have run their cars with a lot more miles. It states 60,000 is optimum time to change them. Its the cost that different dealers charge that is a worry to people. I have herd quotes of £500 and quotes of £200 ish. It is a couple of hours job i believe, so i would of done my own. Only reason i asked dealer to do it was because of the recall. They still charged about £75.00 labour even thou most parts were already off. Also charged me £15.00 for a puncture which i did not have. But that is another story, you do not get a service stamp i enquired about it. So service book would only say intermediate or full service. I may be wrong another member may correct me on this.

No i do not i work at first bus. My engine bay gets a full clean every 2 weeks all covers off. Watch white detailing on utube he is brilliant. I Coated it myself did 3 cars with 50ml. I get loads of compliments, when i wash it next i will take pictures in the sun it is unbelievable. If you have a garage its better.

I had a look at a white 60 plate is250 f a couple of weeks back i quite liked the alcantera interior. Nice colour of blue is that mate. looks like its a well specked one. Guy from america emailed said the conversion works on mark lev and pioneer units. I can get complete wiring from a scrap yard for £130.00. So may bite the bullet and try it.

Has your car had the fuel pressure sensor gasket done? If not book it in and have them done then it works out cheaper. Most of the parts on the car have to come off to do it. Yes i had mine done before 60,000 miles runs beautiful now, i am not saying it did not before. I payed circa £150.00 pounds. But i would of done them myself, i had already bought the gaskets from Usa. Some good how to do its on utube, also somebody on the forum has just done them.

Well i have been on his shop site, and seen this for a lexus es350 same conversion done. Looking at the picture, i think they have just copied a genuine wiring diagram all proper connectors as far as i can see. I emailed 2 scrap yards, for a price on the loom. But no reply yet Having both units myself, i believe one cable piggy backs into the bottom unit.

When i emailed the guy according to him everything works?? I have asked for photos of cable or video of conversion been done. I am a bit sceptical myself but it has been done by the chinese video on utube. I emailed them for the cable but they no longer do them. It could be they have copied the chinese one. I posted the link to the utube video and he said theirs is not like that.

That is the way to do it good for you. On the blending it is what they do, so your eyes do not pick up on things. Its called fading out i believe.

The stickers are mainly for the people like you and i, so we know something is amiss. It would be unusual for the door one to be missing with just a paint job. Which was done on the outer door side. So if it was not a recorded accident nothing would show up on any dater base. I would just get a new number made up and stick it back on. I would just have one made up with the same amount of letters and or numbers as original. Who would know it was not factory.

Yes you will be able to acquire both i imagine. I would take a template of the opposite side and go to a sign place or try the stealers.

No the sticker is a number, if you look around the car under bonnet etc every thing is numbered. Look on opposite side of car should be a clear stone guard piece. Its on the wheel arch.

Are you on about the number which denotes original panels. Every panel has them, so you can tell if it has been in an accident or painted. Also did they replace the clear outside piece.
