    If anyone has any insightful thoughts ... My beloved RX has started making a slight sound when I corner - round a small roundabout say. It sounds like a short, rubber type scraping noise, but a very short noise. Once or twice as I turn. Nothing on the straight. When I drive down a bumpy road there's a slight dull-rattle. That's always been there. I assumed it was 'normal' on our poor roads. I'll probably have to take if off to be seen my Mr Lexus (and hope any work is Lexus Warranty covered). If anyone can any views I'd welcome them! Thank you.

    Yeah they are the bees knees - awesome tyres. Id get them for every car I own if they were made in the right sizes. They properly work as well! All season's on my RX have been great so far. Very heavy rain has had no impact compared to normal tyres, very good in the dry as well. Will find out in the snow I guess but Ive never had winter tyres as I dont need/use them. Which tyres do you have?

    Not sure I'd want to. For me the height is a definite plus - especially through our local floods!

    I have the Latitude Tour HP's... Been in some HEAVY rain these past few days, and they have felt very safe. :)

    Age is important. Hence my tyre change. I'll pay what's necessary to ensure confidence ,in the only thing that sits between my car and the road!

    Took it to Japex in Herts. Brilliant service. Turned out to be a disconnected wire. Took them 5 minutes to sort.

    I'm excited and I'm not even buying it. It sounds great! I love my RX300! Best car I've owned since my Lexus Soarer.

    I think one just has to be a little bit savvy. Having a Lexus warranty on mine, I get servicing done at Lexus. I think I have to. ( I always create a shared expectation of what does/will, be done, and check afterwards. Never had a problem) I do get confused by the 'change if needed' service items - like trans., fluid. I assume that's an extra cost. Other items I might get done at my local independent expert. it's all just a balance.

    ... and FROST. We had our first frost today. Does anyone use any sort of cover that... actually works, doesn't blow away, stick to the window etc? I've yet to find one.

    Now it's getting darker... Did using LED help the reversing light... light? Was it easy? The idea certainly appeals!
