    Unlike a BMW I saw recently in a muddy (parking) field. Totally stuck.

    On Saturday morning my wife volunteers for various good works - drives in HER RX. Two hours later, after giving her time to a needy older citizen she returns to her car. Back bumper on road, wires hanging off, scrape down the side. Someone said they saw a skip lorry edging past. Did the culprit leave any details? I think you can guess the answer... So... an insurance job it is. Lessons learnt: Keep all your insurance claim contact numbers, and a charged phone in your car, where they are easy to find. ( Had to go and rescue Mrs .C )

    I'm assuming it's not under a Lexus Warranty? It sounds a lot to me, but ... Lexus servicing etc, at Lexus, seems to be ... ( Is it air suspension? If so, that pushes up suspension prices a lot! )

    I've just been using Dodo Juice Window Cleaner on my windscreen. Wow - what a difference it made. I found it easy to use - with a microfibre cloth.

    I park away from other cars/trolleys, as well. Would rather walk an extra 50 yards and be dent free! ( Glad the issue is fixed now ! )

    I thought they just pushed in - with thick plastic 'pins'. I know mine is loose on one corner. I just glued it back in ... Enjoy your new car!

    I know it's an old thread ( though an interesting one ) ... Does anyone 'do' any preventative maintenance on their air suspension? I've seen talk of lubricating the compressor...? ( Just discovered the front centre console tray can slide forward and backwards ).
