  1. Personally I would never mix tyres. Just don't belief it's safe.
  2. Hello, Can anyone offer any advice, please? My daughters says, "We own a doggy seat belt which fits into the back two side seats, but doesn’t fit into the middle seat? Are there any that do?".
  3. Any quality Silicon spray works well. Always worth having a tin for squeaks in cars - and houses.
  4. "Turn the heater at maximum to dry out any condensation in the trunking and any bacteria growing on it."
  5. For a few days I have had a really annoying squeak coming from the inside car rear. Could not sort it. As first I thought it was the parcel shelf - sprayed silicone stuff on surfaces - no luck. Finally tracked it down. It was the rear seat verticals - where they fold - rubbing together. Dry leather? More silicon spray - solved. Squeak gone. 🤓 Soon be Halloween. 😩
  6. Lower milage and newer, are better for the Warranty they should offer. Get to 130,000??? ( or 120? ) and the warranty 'expires' I think...
  7. Tell them there are Bats living there ...
  8. Would they fit an RX 2003/4 do you think?
  9. To be honest - a good trawl through this RX section will be time well spent... It's what I did. Answered questions I had as well as ones I'd never thought of.
  10. Lexus Hatfield changed ownership - certainly NOT terminated.
  11. For me... it would depend how old the car was, the price and condition. Older - maybe yes. Newer -no. Maybe the owner lost the book, and just maintained one himself?
  12. ... cleaning drain holes. They bend well and leave no fluff, and won't break. Just did mine drain hole, doors and sunroof ...
  13. Does not look right to me. And believe me - I've been there. Walk away.
  14. We have an issue with a neighbour, 'streaking'.
  15. Agree. Not that it seems to exist anymore - but rain water - or boiled water - or cheap bottled water. Or wipe it before its fully dry?
  16. Having seen the most recent one to come off mine - it was in a BAD state. 'Mending' it was not an option. Not even sure I'd trust a reclaimed part.
  17. Hello, Have you made any progress/decisions on your car...? Regards.
  18. I LOVE my SEL, but yes it can/will cost more to maintain. Equipment for me? Reversing Camera! SO useful. GOOD air con. And check EVERYTHING works. Take you time looking around on it. Check the callipers aren't seized if poss. And the Service History and items. Do an online MOT search - and an HPI. Happy days!
  19. Worth a try... though how you FIX a leak, and whether you would want to?
  20. Love this... WinnerGear Genuine Montar Strongest Car Mount Holder For iPhone X 8 7 Plus Galaxy S7 S8
  21. Leaks are VERY difficult to locate. Happened to me - ended up replacing the air strut.
