    Thank you. It does 'look' nice - had a great valet. ( Worn key knob? ) have to say a few scratches on the wood and driver seat? But yes, a LOT of £ for a car that's 15 years old...

    ... the air suspension went on mine. became a bit of a , 'low rider'. JEM ( North London ) sourced one from another Soarer they were breaking. Used parts was becoming the norm...

    Daughter's car would not start this morning - totally dead. Took out my trusty portable starter and started it. ( Had to use its force-start feature. ) Brilliant. Top tip - keep it charged and in your car, not the boot. Boot would not unlock with a dead battery.

    Used to own a Soarer V8 - a, 'gentlemen's car'. Loved it - miss it.

    They do make great side lights. I use them in the daytime (unless I need my dipped ones on).

    I get 24-29mpg from my RX300...on a variety of urban roads and occasional motorway.

    It is an interesting question... I would guess, that the UX does not. I think(?), and I will need to check my manual, that my aged RX 300 ( 2003/4), does? I know it has the rear heated of course, but also can see that it has the front screen elements, across where the wipers sit - and vaguely recall mention of heated jets?     Was it a dealer sale? If so, ask them to fix it? If not, a bit of silicon spray and a clean?

    Without looking I'd say it's a strut. ( How did you test yours? ) They rust at the top, the holes can be super-tiny... I've had all 4 replaced on my RX over time. It seems to be a common theme. The fairy liquid suggestion is a good one...
