    Great reading - thank you. I had to have my footbrake cable replaced last year. I also get my calliper pins greased annually.

    I have to say... my RX300 Air Con is brilliant! Summer and Winter. Back in the day, when cold, it made a clicking sound. I believe it was a plastic cog, on the way out. The sound drove me mad!(er). Fixed under my then, Lexus Warranty. Which is why... despite the distance, I would be getting the dealer to resolve it ( and any other issues. )

    I really would take it back to the dealer with a list of what needs fixing, so that its condition meets (presumably) the glowing description when you bought it. You might be without a car for a few days, but in the long term it will be worth it surely... Sooner than later.
