I think I'd be ringing the garage that serviced your car. Let them diagnose and fix the issue. ( Might possibly not be the fuel filter causing the issue? )

It is. With cigarettes you inhale the smoke. With cigars you suck the smoke into your mouth, don't inhale, and blow it out ...

... after 6 days I finally got petrol. Two petrol stations open. Queues, but nothing amazing. Prices higher though! And a 30 litre limit - which seemed fair.
