  1. As i did it the ecu couldn't be remapped. But now it is possible. So if you want to remove dpf and/or egr i would suggest do a remap.
  2. pictures of dcat
  3. I have also now blocked the egr ( and made the dpf emty :) ) Running fine.
  4. What resister to use for the ait sensor?
  5. Hi, I'm erik muurman from the netherlands. I own a toyota avensis 2.2 d-4d dcat. I bought this dec 2014 afther driving 12 years tdi's from the vag company I got to this forum because lexus also used the 2.2 d-4d dcat engine. The start with the toyota was not very good. I had an blown gasket. But i was lucky and i bought with warrenty. Because the injectors where broken during disassambly from the motorhead i also got 4 brand new injectors. The car is now running very fine. Now i want to remove egr and also dcat.
  6. Hi, i also want to block the egr. I already have the parts to connect a tube from where the intake temp sensor is and the egr inlet. I want to put a resistor in place of the air intake sensor, or just put the air intake sensor in open air. But i wonder where is the intake temp sensor used for? I think maybe there wil be also a little more fuel injected? This because mostly the intake temp is higher then the temparature from outside.
