I ran a wire along the loom, passenger side & picked up a feed from the rear lights. Soldered & heat shrink no crimps or Scotch Locks! You could if you prefer use a permanent ignition supply but I wanted then to illuminate with the side lights.

Lexus dont include ambient lighting so I added it. There is small blank panel in the front of the interior light switch console. I removed it and fitted two small 3mm 12v red Led`s wired into the side light circuit. I kept the leds flush so they are not distracting and hardly noticeable. The red glow is very subtle but look great imho. Ed

My Fsport now has ambient lighting just two small neat not noticeable red Leds. Just enough to give the centre console area a red glow at night. As fitted to Audi`s. The picture is not great as it is hard to expose in the dark. The Red glow is very subtle and nothing like as bright as shown but just enough for a glow.

They look great, much better than with the circle around them. Ed.

You can have twin visible exhausts if you fit the Lexus TRD kit. I expect it is expensive though. It looks superb. Ed.

If it is possible to fit a third party type then you could obtain the original parts off a scrapped Is300. There is at least one Fsport being broken on eBay. I would rather do this than fit a non standard part. It is quite possibly plug & play to. Ed.

A colleague of mine bought a car that was advertised as having ABS but it didnt, he complained and they replaced it with a higher spec version at no cost to him. Ed

My fsport doesnt drone certainly not from the gears. You can here the engine revving when gunning it but pretty much silent the rest of the time. Are you allowed to add all that kind of stuff to a car on a PCP?

I fitted a set of these lights. They are good quality no different to the original Lexus type. In some ways better quality as they have brighter LED bulbs and project the Logo which looks great at night. Unilluminated they look no different so not "cheaping", (I assume you meant to say cheapening)

Its been posted about before. The type I fitted were good quality and the projected Logo doesn't have the circle around it. Good work Ed

My phone connects reliably via bluetooth automatically everytime not failed yet. It reads out emails & text messages. The music plays off a usb stick or from a standard CD. I can also play DVD`s. The DAB radio is excellent. Good sound quality to. I leave it is surround. I have the premium system with the mouse/joystick rather than the rotary wheel. I find the menus easy to understand and have always found what I wanted to change easily enough. People only post if there are issues. I have never posted as not had any! Try it for yourself. Ed

I am thinking of replacing my is300h Fsport. The dilemma is what to go for. I have looked at a used 2 years or less 3 series 320d and the specs seem poverty. Try to get sat nav, xenons leather memory seats rear camera and the choice drops to just few, 5 on the BMW site nationally! My Lexus has all of these most of them standard. A friend has a quite new 5 or 3 series GT and the seats are like sitting on plywood. I laughed to myself as he fumbled sticking his tomtom onto the windscreen with wires hanging down. Strange as it has an electric closing tailgate which is cool. I have to have the "wow this is superb" feeling with a new car and BMW just doesn't do it for me. The Lexus impressed me immediately and still does. I am very tempted by an Jag XE Rsport though. I still remember the timing chain/N47 engine problem that BMW had. Its probably unfair but it has stuck in my mind. Engines self destructing etc. The Lexus hybrid drive is excellent. Smooth quiet no rattle no DPF etc. It is responsive and very nippy out of junctions which I like. Yesterday I was driving along and thought I was doing 70 or less and was doing 95 oops didn't notice. I would go for whatever floats your boat and only you know what that is. Good Luck and let us know what you decide. Ed

The system looks for the correct files. I doubt it will do anything if they are not compatible. Ed

There should be 6 files total of 957MB. Your image below looks unzipped to me.

I am on about the one I linked which is exactly the same as the OEM Lexus type but loads less £. Its your car and if you like the after market type then nothing else matters. Post some pictures once fitted. Once unzipped you should have 6 files in a folder like 13LHenu BA01.KWI copy these onto a blank USB stick into the root directory. (no folder).

The OEM Lexus & the linked one are the same design.

I would rather my car looked factory fitted rather than after market add on.. Each to their own and as I said its your car to do with as you want. The OEM spoiler isn't cheap far from it and is what many fsports are fitted with from new. The ebay one is exactly the same design & quality except the Lexus price. Post some pics once fitted. Ed

I noticed a navigation update in the Lexus Portal. It is entitled "Route & Traffic optimisation" worth updating your system and its free. Maybe it will make the system choose more sensible routes!! Ed

It is what Lexus designed for the is300h !! I wanted the OEM but Lexus charge £800 not including painting. The linked one is the same design for about £200 including paint.
