  1. I've used that company a few times, for my car, caravan and trailer. Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  2. Fantastic savings. Worthwhile saving the name! Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  3. No I didn't bother. If the garage can't use the existing one's they should be able to work around it. Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  4. Yes of course I'll let you all know and put up some pics. This is for my '55' plate hence the straight pipe ends with the chrome tips. The feedback I read about someone else's experience with these was that they were a good fit, quiet and considerably cheaper than what the company who fitted them could make them for. The only 'niggle' was that the pipe ends were a little off centre and although they were not bothered by it they mentioned it to to seller so that may have been addressed now, but to be honest, for the price it wouldn't bother me either. 5. Funnily, they're 2 black, back boxes. [emoji1] Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  6. Looks like my one Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  7. took the 'ol gal for an m.o.t today as it was due mid December and it passed. [emoji106] However, the advisories listed both back boxes have a very slight blow, all the pads are legal but should be replaced and the handbrake needs some adjustment. So... I'll be booking it in to have the work done anyway with the parts I've ordered. I've managed to get the back boxes via eBay after some favourable recommendations Ironically the German made exhaust will be shipped from Poland and should arrive in a week. ...and the pads I've got from Euro car parts. A set of brembo's for £49.48 with their 50% off discount code Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  8. Brilliant value these cars. I paid £3000 for my 2000 nearly 5 years ago and after both my offside doors were damaged in our accident at the end of September the 3rd party insurer offered me £2050 as it's also a cat N write off but non structural. I paid £300 to keep the car so that was £1750 in the bank, bought 2 excellent doors from Paul Frost for £200, one of which is the matching Canterbury blue, the other silver. So, all I have to do now is have the silver one painted. Because I bought the 2005 model for £2995 after the accident I'll be selling the 2000 on and I reckon I'll be pretty close to my original purchase price which also means it's paid for the newer car! 9. I don't know the answers to any of your questions but the previous owner of my 430 had one fitted. If it would be of any help at all I could take some pics for you? Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  10. and who'll be able to afford an electric car...not me, so the govt will reduce pollution and in so doing will decrease the amount of traffic on the roads. Then they're going to have to tax something else to compensate for the loss of revenue currently on fuel and road tax...and so it goes on! Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  11. It said E5 unleaded Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  12. I think normal unleaded was 95 Ron (95%) and premium was 97 Ron. Therefore I would assume E5 (95%) must be basic unleaded. Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  13. Filled up this afternoon. E5, £124.9 at Sainsbury's.- £97! Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  14. Yes but they don't use petrol they use gasoline....and they drive on the wrong side of the road....[emoji38] Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk

  18. Added a couple of mods to my car recently. Might not be to everyone's liking but I'm happy with them. Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  19. I've used blueprint for filters etc and I don't see any reason not to use them for anything else Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  20. Had the same happen to my Jeep. Turned out the gear lever module had failed and because it couldn't sent a message saying it was in neutral it prevented the car from starting. I seriously hope that's not your problem! Good luck Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  21. Picked my 55 plate up a couple of weeks ago to replace my damaged 2000. It has extensive lexus service history with only a couple of independents, one being a Toyota dealership. 129000 on the clock and never failed an m.o.t. The guy was offered £3000 in part exchange for a Nissan elgrand and decided to list it on eBay for £2995 just so the dealer didn't make money on it - happy days! Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  22. Hope so, I've a 2000 and a 2005 [emoji106] Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
  23. If it don't feel right don't do it. There's plenty more fish in the carpark. Sent from my EML-L29 using Tapatalk
