Hi all. After selling my rx400h. Some years ago, I’m now looking to buy a early model rx450h I was looking at a 2010 premier, it had done less than 40K miles, and the owner wants 9.5K for it. My question is, how much has the specs changed between the models mentioned and does the price seem fair? cheers WEG.

Hi all. Just a quick update. The fault seems to have righted itself, most annoying as I've not found the root cause. After much furtling about, l can find the three fuse in the engine bay, but not the mysterious box in the cabin. I've looked in the passenger well and in the drivers side, as suggested by the manual, but no joy. Am I totally in the wrong area?? Again can anybody help??

HI. Thanks for that but both fobs are the same, and the led on the fobs light. But I have ordered a new set of batteries just in case

Hi all. The key fob on my RX 400h has stopped working, insomuch as the doors will not lock/unlock or the tailgate open/ close, there is no response from the car, by way of beeps or flashing lights, but the key will start the car!! this is the same for the main and spare fob, the little red led on the fobs are working. this happened all of a sudden, no previous hitches. Any Ideas (please)

Thanks for all your replies, most helpful!! I had a good rummage under the seats etc, unfortunately, no remote, but I did find an 17/18mm spanner??? So not a total loss. I can get the DVD working manually ( what a place to put a DVD player) but will try a universal remote as suggested. Many thanks again to all.

Thanks for the reply. Yes I do have DVD screens in the headrests, and your answer makes perfect sense!! Simple when you know!! I don't have the remote for the DVD unit so I've never been able to try it. I don't suppose you or anyone can shed any light on a replacement remote?? Thanks again mate!!

Hi. I am a new rx 400h owner. When sitting in the back seats I noticed that there are what looks like four led lights about halfway up the B pillar. They are on both sides. I can't seem to find out what they are. Can anyone help?? Many thanks
