Matt thanks for the info it will all be done on a budget me and my mate are a dab hand at conversions so labour is not a problem ill prob stick to turboing my lump I gotta do the stem seal anyways so ill rebuild the head at the same time and ill prob put my own turbo set up together too

Hi people has any one ever put a 1g gte twin turbo engine into an Is200?

Hello budy had the same problem with mine it'll be your thermostat that is stuck shut cost about a tenner from a motor factor and will take ten mins to change . You may as well change the pump at the same time a the cam belt

Maybe the dual mass flywheel is knackered ???? They do a solid flywheel conversion for them that's the only thing i can think of may be check the the prop shaft bearings for play too??

The vibration through the wheel will be wheel balance out or buckled wheels ,the squeak will prob be the release bearing I just done my clutch and put a new bearing in as well and having similar problems it sounds like u have a buggie in the box mine goes when u just touch the pedal , as for coolant check all ur hose joins for furring ( corrosion against the metal components) mine also lost water and turned out to be the rad so I put a new one in £51 delivered of ebay brand new Hope this helps

That'll be an aerial for a phone kit that's also a disc holder I have had to remove plenty when changing windscreens If u are not using it then unstick it from screen and either snip the wire of and tuck it away ot trace it back and disconnect it

surely th 200 &300 are the same and as far as im aware the sport cross is a is200 with an extension on the back
