    Yes i understand that, i was just making sure my car hasnt an issue as most people are getting early to late 20s, and i cant seem to crack 20 mpg, even though i drive like miss daisy lol

    The main beam bulb isnt HID, its a normal halogen bulb HB3 , but there are plenty of upgrades on the market for that bulb

    i would love those figures lol, what tyre pressures where you running, so far i have cleaned the tb and the maf, will take it for a run as i haven't driven it since doing the maf.

    i currently have 30 psi all round, but my tyres look too low, and at dual carriageway speeds the car feels odd, so what should i have as i feel the pressures indicated on the glovebox lid are too low, the car is usually empty and just me in it, mostly around town, non DHP

    I find a get a more accurate average mpg figure if i wait for the car to warm up, then zero the trip and drive as normal, if i just let it calculate from start up i get about 15 mpg average, does anyone else follow this or do i have an issue with my 400

    same here as it makes little if any difference to fuel consumption i think, also its a false economy not using it

    I just had my front bottom ball joints changed, made a huge difference car feels so planted now, no more wandering at speed, crisp turn in, and the o/s clunk has gone too :-)

    when I got mine I put my reg in on the site and it said they were compatible with my car

    yes thats the company i used are they not the self adhesive ones whee you have to cut your bulb holder off and join the wire? i bought something similar off ebay when i had mark 4 and decided not to fit them because of the wire cutting? They just replace the standard the lenses, you reuse the bulb holders no need to cut any wires
