  1. Sounds like plan - 2018 commitments & dates permitting.
  2. Thanks for the info & glad you are enjoying it so much. Will likely be doing the same in the near future as have H&S on my door step!! As you said I'm sure when I do it I will wish I had done it sooner, especially having heard @Peter P18 & @Mattmech exhausts. Be interested to know your impressions once you have lived with it for a while, especially on long journeys, as trying to decide on with/without X pipe re any droning issues. I haven't to date actually heard a H&S CAT back exhaust, so always helpful to hear an owners views. I appreciate its completely down to personal preference.
  3. Brilliant pics you must be chuffed!!
  4. @emjay82 Nice find, they look really smart!!
  5. Hi Kieron, Out of interest did you go for the exhaust system with or without the X pipe?
  6. Very nice especially with the rare alloys & welcome to the club. Have friends in Heathfield so have been through the Lewes Tunnel on a few occasions, including last month on the way to Goodwood, so I know exactly what you mean!!
  7. No plans to do anything so rash anytime soon. 😉 Although cars is in for its 6 yr service next month so will see if I can get myself a test drive in an RCF/GSF as I've got a lot of time to kill🤞
  8. Yes I just showed them my key. The staff were all very friendly and It was a really nice way to have a break from all the crowds & the view from the balcony was good as well. I normally used to retreat there on the Saturday when it was busy. Really missed it this year.
  9. The stand changed from Toyota to Lexus last year and always had an upstairs lounge with a very nice balcony. Shame they got rid of it - I certainly missed the hospitality this year.
  10. I would go for the blue, but the burnt orange would also look great.
  11. Hi Simon, The 1st upgrades were for the 2010 model year, which included an LSD and the easiest way to tell is the inclusion of a blue panel around the F badge at the bottom of the sterring wheel, but it will still have the equal sized speedo & rev counter. Because so few ISF's were imported some of these were registered in 2011. The more major upgrades came shortly after, in early 2011, when they tweeked the suspension etc. As far as I know there were no significant changes thereafter, 2013 being the final year of production. The easiest way to indentify if its one of these models are the DRL's externally, and internally the large central rev counter / smaller speedo and sport button on the sterring wheel (also with blue panel around F badge). Lexus made phased improvements to the ISF rather than the usual mid life facelift & upgrades. Hope this helps & good luck with your search for one.
  12. Check out the threads that @Peter18 has posted re all his mods. He has done some serious stuff to his ISF and having seen / been in it, is very impressive indeed.
  13. Welcome to the club Andrew & hope you are enjoying the car.
  14. Having been taken to pick up a car in an early GT I know which I would choose. I was really excited intitially, as I always loved the shape of the GT & the noise it made. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the actual experience & how flimsy it all was. it just didn't feel that special at the time. I'm sure the build quality improved though & I love the interior of my mates Quattroporte. It will be an interesting comparison & I hope you have a day.
  15. Look forward to hearing how it went & reading the review. Will be interesting to see what Maserati they compare your ISF against. Sounds like it should be a fun day.
  16. Exactly my cup of tea!! and very similar if not the same as the wheels on the RCF at Goodwood. Not sure if they have been slightly updated (more rounded off) on the latest RCF, but I think they look Brill!!
  17. No intention of selling any time soon, still love it!! A very nice 911 CS2 came up recently & I decided against, because I couldn't face parting with the F - that must be love
  18. Funny to see the comments re old school as my first thought was that they reminded me of the wheels I had on my 90's Supra. I really now prefer the more modern multi spoke wheels. Really liked the new wheels I saw on the white RCF at Goodwood last weekend. Also as an aside I think I prefer the RCF interior to the LC's I sat in which surprised me. Have to say the RCF has really grown on me.. Considering the price of the LC, it makes the RCF a lot of car for the money!!
  19. @Big Rat Thanks Paul. Wow what are the chances of that or is it a bit stalkerish!!. Can't quite decide, but as you say nice pictures though. Shame for Pete to have missed out though. Hopefully some consolation that we were out having fun in his car at the time.
  20. A few pictures from the recent Bluewater meet - not quite the NC500 but fun all the same!!
  21. Haven't heard a thing either. Not good at all!!
  22. Sounds like you had a great time & nice pictures. NC500 is something I really want to do. Definite bucket list item for me.
  23. I think most cars would Matt after Pete's. Power to weight ratio must be getting pretty high now I would imagine. Particularly liked how complient it was yet totally planted as well. Very impressive. Have a funny feeling you might be right about H&S.👍🏻😉 Look forward to catching up next time. That's a shame, we were in the House of Fraser car park on the top level. Hopefully we can all catch up next time.
  24. Pete & Matt great to meet you both. Pete thanks for organising it & for the ride. As I said sounds like a race car & great mods - Epic ride!! Matt love the exhaust and hope your boy enjoyed himself. Look forward to catching up again sometime. All the best David
  25. Looking forward to meeting up 👍🏻
