I Have the same beep but the alarm does not sound. Other than that it sound like exactly the same issue. 2 beeps when unlocking the car with the key fob, but no beeps if I lock and unlock it again. This started after the car alarm went off on a hot day and I had to uncuple the battery to silence it as I was not familiar with the process to turn it off at that time. Its been doing it every time since I cuppled up the battery again. Did you get any resolution to the issue?
