  1. ill check that in the morning.! tbh, I never even used that heater switch.. :$
  2. Guys, Does anyone know how I can check that this works as it should, been looking through some threads on this and I am not sure I have had this fitted when I had a replacement window fitted a year ago? The button lights up but the revs don't move and I cant find any inkling of heat coming from the window. I have to admit I never even used this before I had the window out, just gauging how I can tell if its actually working, or not! The side mirrors heat up as they should.
  3. im getting flashbacks of batman standing up on a skyscraper in gotham somewhere! ...........
  4. its only a d4d lump from a toyota, you dont really need a Lexus specialist at all., and being a 2006 seems ridiculous going to one.
  5. i heard varying reviews on the CVT box, can anyone tell me how it performs compared to a fully auto box as found in the is250 for example?
  6. is insurance hiked up much for being in the capital? just curious? I guess secure parking is mandatory/.
  7. blimey, thats some jump in performance. a 1.6 diesel citroen to a ISF.
  8. lovely job, is this for sale? I saw on AT. credit to the owners for keeping them in such condition.
  9. some nice machines, even if I was the last one there.. Brutal traffic but seen this on the M3, this smart motorway speed limit is tedious to say the least. 2013 McLaren MP4-12C Spider, 618hhp
  10. Underestimated the brutal traffic on the M3./
  11. Is there many here, I'm about to head off from Southampton.
  12. Guys those that have a F, how many actually had a is250 prior to it? or what had you owned.
  13. people are swayed into a 220D because -) Its a lexus -) supposedly cheaper running costs and tax but this is a bit of a misnomer really as they are anything but cheaper to keep on the road, what with all the issues surrounding them, but even if there is absolutely nothing wrong with one a 220D and V6 petrol is like day and night, so no even if it was the most reliable in the world I wouldn't want one. I never owned an alfa and I do like petrols. I did briefly look into a brera but am not at all convinced it would be anything as reliable as a petrol lexus
  14. They're a V8 pal ;) Curious to know what the tax is on one of these though, my 250 is £490, can't be much dearer than that??? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk yeah, not sure why i put in v10, must have been hallucinating.
  15. They're a V8 pal ;) Curious to know what the tax is on one of these though, my 250 is £490, can't be much dearer than that??? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk The ISF is £505 for 12 months...just done mine a couple of weeks ago. which makes the tax on my is250 ridiculous, I pay just below that. *cries
  16. Diesels are for tractors, I never want a diesel of any sort. Any petrol head or car enthusiasts needs a Petrol. I don't car if they cost £70 a year to tax, Don't want one.
  17. they will all insure you in Ireland/EU wide,, or they should do. Its pretty much illegal for them not to afaik. They do this for a short term as part of your policy. if you mean insuring a Irish reg car it could be a different thing. Insurance a bit much? I thought it was a uk reg car to be used in Ireland/EU. Not sure this grace period extends to 6 months anyway.
