I trying to sell mine not that it's got problem it's just that don't use enough few weeks back lights came on again used dpf cleaner and took it on motorway after that it's fine gonna go for is250 advance in white seen couple but need to sell mine first hope you get your issues resolved asap

I m really surprised your getting these problems with a such low mileage car I got 2006 model with 91224 it's been ok apart from calipers being replaced and dpf cleaned, when bought car it's used to jump out of 2nd gear got it done under warranty it's ok since then what yr is your car???? Put your foot down on dealer you have to jump up @ down to get it sorted

Try resetting by disconnecting battery when had my dpf cleaned was advised not to remove it as lights would come on sooner or later but it's been 7 months since u had it removed had any issues????? Could be egr fault.get codes I'm sure some one on site will be able to help good luck

Sorry correct mileage is 27,277 and it's up for 14k it's on more then valuation did piont that out as it's ok for dealers to use valuation report why not customer did email with my demands lol will see what happens

Did get reply from them 27,775 is correct mileage it's a mistake on ad now will try to do deal on that car

Saw a is250 advance 2012 nice blue, lexus in Plymouth showing 16995 miles when checked on that new mot history website it's showing 27,775 miles, did contact them and waiting for a reply as I'm interested in it but just issue is worrying but could be a mistake on website

Sometime back had same problem on my road move car further down Road all fine it's caused by electric interference as smart keys use radio waves try parking different place or if you put key with ur mobile phone can also cause it

Any one Remember white is250 advance for £8750 did email asking for reg number for hpi @ guess what they did reply it's got 132k not 100k as advertised in autotrader so why advertise wrong milage and did send reg number too so obviously they are hiding lot of ppl don't do hpi check, it will be interesting what's on clock

Hi and welcome I made same mistake as you didn't really know much about lexus had to get it from lexus main stealers at cost of 300 Inc fob and programme but without internal key cut.next time will make sure it's got 2 keys, fob from ebay can't be reprogrammed. I learnt hard way by paying £300

How the hell can you do 130k in 3 yrs must have driven 24/7 no rest think should offer him 3-4 k and get another engine he hasn't put it back by 30k as it's only showing 100k on advert mind you looks nice in white but is it looked after????? If it's near I would go @ see it just to see if it's really got 100k on clock.lot of ppl don't check on mot history. Net just go by on clock @ mot's

Had it cleaned at cost of 400 including pick@ drop off as Im in London garage in Birmingham called car surgeon if take there 300.r u near Birmingham???? Last week used wynes dpf cleaner and it cleared it, think ur is severely blocked need it cleaned chemically replacement too expensive and I'm gonna sell it get is250, is ur driving mainly local every 2000miles use dpf cleaner hope this will help

Hi guys thanks for info kodiak sky that is only thing that let's it down no navigation apart from that it's a nice looking car and yes it's Charles Hurst Belfast lexus me personally would like to view car first as it's 11,250 I like colour, I rather go for f sport it's different looking car then se-l not bothered too much about higher Road tax plus this one comes with 2 yrs lexus warranty which is a bonus.the ones iav seen in uk are at least 2000 more , could get them to upgrade to sat nav

Seen is250 f sport in Belfast lookers it's on for £11,250 with just over 32k on clock my question is what's procedure for getting it imported to uk. Never bought car from Ireland before so could someone explain thanks

U will find after 2 miles ecu recognise problem goes into limp mode,mine done that before had dpf cleaned

Dpf blocked get codes or try dpf cleaner and blast it on motorway in 4th gear last week I used wynes from europarts it cleared but lights stayed on disconnected battery and lights gone

I would b very careful it's too cheap for milage @ age could be ringer at that price I would estimate around 12-13k with that sort of milage and spec and colour are u planning to view car???? If you are check chassis number if been tamperd with there are lots of ringers out there best of luck

Hi mate seems like dpf /egr problem all diesel cars after 2006 got dpf unless ur has been removed anyway I had same problem cost me 400 to have it cleaned low miles local miles can cause it to block try using v power diesel and dpf cleaner then take it on a motor way in 4 th gear for 20 mins, I had same again used dpf cleaner took on motorway it cleared it, was advised not to remove dpf as lights would return had mine done by car surgeon in Birmingham, give them a call if ur not that far, u say ur tax is high how high??? I pay 205 per yr good luck

Was advised to use dpf cleaner every 2000-3000 miles shouldn't wait for lights to come on any hopefully shouldn't have it for much longer got it up for sale used wynes was quite good at 10.50 from euro car parts thanks for all ur replyes

Thanks guys ur right rather go for se-l spec will miss cooled seats in summer and heated in winter as I'm used to se-l spec I rather go for that
