    Normally it's dpf blocked but urs hasn't gone into limp mode so got sensors on dpf might b faulty as mk _lon suggested. Since u got extended warranty just let them look at it or disconnect battery, might reset ecu.i got my dpf unblocked and 2nd time light came on again used wynes dpf cleaner and lights didn't go out, then disconnected battery @ lights went out.

    Ur lucky must have good 1 spec doesn't matter engine is same but is250 is better car.i cleaned egr valve on my is220d, did make difference, diesels are good for long runs not local driving. Ur dpf will not blocked as u do motorway driving.most guys on forum had gasket issues but I didn't Have that problem

    I owned is220d se-l 2006 for 2yrs didn't have problems apart from calipers siezed,dpf blocked due to local driving, dmf noisy, new gearbox replaced under warranty after picked car from dealer only had under 80k.i never got more then 40mpg. Was nice to drive though, sold it with 93k on clock, now got is250 auto se-i 2009 much better car,smooth quite. I wouldn't really buy another diesel as don't go enough miles.it must b good reason why they stopped making diesels.lexus brand is mainly aimed at executive market, is220d engine is avensis engine.

    I think they would replace it as they want to make money from lexus UK plus dealers never take cheapest option loool

    Rayanns u didn't read post it coverd under warranty so why not get new 1 as lexus is paying for it , it cost me 400+ for cleaning.

    On my is220d replaced both front cost me 350 for calipers from ebay brand new, labour 80.

    There is ur answer why it's costing u 140 for paper fuel filter lool. As I said before it's for complete fuel housing, why are they trying to sell u complete housing not sure.trying to rip u off thinking u need complete thing.u only need complete if it's damaged,when had mine changed on is220d, screw was knackered but he was good mechanic managed to take off and change filter without breaking part as it's only plastic, can easily b broken.go lexus buy 1 for £15.hope this clears it up for u

    I'm sure it's for complete assembly is220d, is200d can't b that different, it's only paper filter.try lexus main dealer, see what price u get, on lexus Birmingham on eBay part no is 23390-yzza2 14.99. Is220d, is200d must use same fuel filter. It's totally different part no u gave

    On eBay from lexus Birmingham doing it for 14.99 delivered so not sure how it could cost £140 as it's just a paper inner filter, had mine changed on my is220d only cost me £5 for aftermarket one,unless they try to sell u complete with filter housing.

    Only cars I knew were converted to lpg were ls400 who used it for chauffeuring back in days, no problems,any1 remember vauxhall omega think it was 2litre knew someone had that converted lpg,had nothing but aggro but was used for chauffeuring so was saving money as done 30-40k per yr but normal person who drive 4-5k a yr worth spending approx £2500 for having system installed, it's not gonna pay for it self in long run.

    Well if anyone wants to save money don't buy v6, go for prius,ct200h,is300h which is already factory fitted with hybrid system.most cars I seen fitted with lpg are mainly from abroad.there is a place in barking they eastern European who fit lpg. There r London taxi fitted with lpg which r approved by tfl.also u can put lpg on London tx1,tx2 approved by tfl at cost of £8000.

    Ls400 can b converted to lpg without any issues or was it old technology that y no problems

    I received my new map dvd, replaced it, seems to work ok will test it out once go somewhere. Was cheaper then other sites

    I had same sort of damage on my is220d, my wife scraped it on low kerb, she didn't notice it either, took it to couple of garages, was quoted 100. Sold it with damage.u couldn't really notice it but did point it to buyer.

    Just bought 2016-2017 version dvd maps for £65 including postage.

    Found 1 for 66.99+ 5 p+ p or best offer in hofhiem de, offered him 50, he declined it, so offered £55 Will see if accept offer. Exactly same as 1 for 80.brand new with 14 days return.

    Gonna order 2016-2017 dvd for £80 including delivery from Germany.did contact them and it's right 1 for my car.
