    when i had a CT i wanted a auto dimming rear view mirror lexus wanted £660 without the wiring plug i bought a 2nd hand auto dimming mirror off a honda accord for £25 as it fitted on the windscreen mount, when i sold the car i sold the mirror for the same amount.

    i dont know why we are all surprised with lexus prices we will always be overcharged and ripped off by lexus because they can. here is a link from jayson's post regarding the cost of a door mirror glass how can lexus justify the replacement cost..... simply put they can't .

    my CT didnt have passenger height adjustment you could have a look for a LHD CT and buy the drivers seat

    radio stations & clock that is all that needs to be reset after reconnecting the battery. just connect + to + & - to - on the battery.

    i have emailed lexus in Liverpool for them to have a look at the photos my cars booked in with them in Feb hopefully to change the microphone i'm hoping after looking at the mirrors i'll have the mirror glasses changed.

    i have never noticed the door mirror glasses to dim only the interior rear view mirror

    yesterday i noticed there is a blue'ish tint across the bottom edge of both of my door mirror glass's has anyone seen this before. on the first image i placed a white cloth on the door you can see there is no blue on the cloth but in the glass you can see the tint

    by the look of this unit it is for a left hand drive car as the mic is on the left hand side of the head unit ask if they have one for a right hand drive car

    tilt the mirror to gain access to either the top or bottom of the glass there are 4 clips that are roughly at the following positions :- 11 o'clock, 1 o'clock, 5 o'clock & 7 o'clock you can look at your new mirror glass to see the exact location of these clips use a trim removal tool or something blunt and place between the plastic mirror backing and the mounting plate on the motor assembly and gently pry the 2 apart

    thats the way i fitted it on our Auris a couple of years ago, didnt disconnect the battery just removed the airbag from the steering wheel leaving the wiring connected

    the 100% will be normal for you due to the long steep hill you go down but normal driving you only get to approx 80% charge

    my 17 plate F Sport has the road sign recognition and displays on the dash if you have gone over the limit i would check the menus incase you can turn this function off

    i have a black F Sport and on a bright day if you look at the paint you see there is silver flake metallic on an overcast day it does look like a flat black
