Flatspots And Sluggish Acceleration

No lights and no codes ,I'm also suspecting the MAP sensor now ,the last car I had had a faulty MAF sensor and the symptoms are pretty similar -
So my is has some acceleration issues mainly flatspots in 2000 rpm to 3000 rpm range and it seems to affect 2, and 3, gear occasionally 4. as well.Also sometimes when I change up a gear ,lift the cluth and step on the accelerator it kind suffers from turbo lag but the thing is it's not charged with anything.Now these issues don't always appear and they're not very noticeable but noticeable enough to be annoying.Then as winter came I tried out the snow button just out of curiosity and all these problems were gone I can even say the throttle response is better as is the acceleration but push it back to normal and its loco again
