  1. No idea. Winter so maybe hibernating! All forums quieten down around winter as the racing has stopped and people tend not to organise meets. Stu
  2. Haha! What ever looks best is the answer mate. Always remember that imitation is the highest form of flattery. Someone with Photoshop skills will be required!
  3. Yeah not a biggy at all. I'd get the calupers painted I think, either blue or back to black/grey with blue decal??
  4. Cheers Stu. :) I think the Calipers will look ok chap. ;) Weds are gunmetal, which is the same as my OEM wheels? No need for spacers with the new wheels. ;) they have a wider offset. Will still be doing the coilovers, and carbon vented bonnet with just the vents in carbon (rest will be body colour). Also doing FIGS handling kit and the racing brake 2 piece rotors. :) Just need to rob a bank! Lol. No spacers is a win. Was referring to the blue accent on the wheels clashing with the Orange calupers. Stu
  5. Looking good mate. Love the wheels but potential colour clash with the callipers? Diffuser looks sweet! Like the splitters as well. Coming together nicely. Still doing spacers and coilovers? Stu
  6. Agreed. It is frustrating. Maybe an ejector seat for when the wife is nagging as well?
  7. Agree re adaptable suspension that changes with the drive mode or even independent configurability would be ace. Stu
  8. Just wondering what other features folks would like that they don’t have on their MY ISF. For me it would be the following as mine is a 2008: 1. Digital Radio 2. Proper Iphone integration with ability to play and control music 3. Ventilated seats for those hot summer days 4. Tyre pressure monitoring system Pretty short list really! Stu
  9. Nice work! How long do you plan on keeping it? With the extended warranty package going up to 10 years now that would be my limit in terms of age of the car. Good to hear it has been trouble free motoring. Stu
  10. Hope you get interest. You need to post in each mark forum to hit the full crowd as a lot of people only check their particular car forums. Stu
  11. New... - few new members. - few lucky buggers going to test the rcf abroad courtesy of Lexus - life goes on - you have popped in to say hi :)
  12. Keep this thread updates with progress fella. You keeping both cars or is the r32 a replacement?
  13. Had a busy year then!!! Top work fella. Like everything apart from the headlights. Ride height and wheels make a big difference. Stu
  14. Especially if you put on a revo map.
  15. Maybe. Was happy to buy it. Was told it was interest free on monthly payments if I wanted to do that. Stu
  16. It will free up the exhaust gas flow so would add a few ponies I imagine just a a question of how many but assume you have no mod in stock form to compare against?
  17. Ha! It would be an oversight to discount and octavia VRS fella.
  18. I would do what ever doesn't financiallt stretch you. Do you need a car that big? What about a skoda Fabian vrs? Personally I like to buy as low mileage as I can as fewer miles generally means less risk (not always the case) but obviously there will be less west and tear on a lower mileage car. Stu
  19. Weren't any I was interested in privately at the time. Was a tin pot dealer though. As above, it had fsh and warranty so if anything went wrong I'd be off to Lexus.
  20. That's interesring. Never had a issue with private sales in the past but this a different level of car. Why wouldn't you buy one privately? If it has fsh, manufacturers extended warranty and is in good shape? We are all different I guess. I'll certainly try selling privately as its worth £££ if the dealers are offering what people are saying is accurate.
  21. You will have to fight tooth and nail to recover money from the garage and may have to go to small claims, it will take up a lot of your time and is a frustrating process. In theory the dealer should pay for it but that almost never happens. If they are flat out refusing to help say you will be taking legal action to recover the funds and see what happens. Stu
  22. I would never trade it in to a dealer. Don't undertand why people do when it's ££££ difference from private sales.
