Totally agree. Buyer thought process below...
1. Ooooo lovely car.
2. Tissues out for play time while looking at car.
3. Oh **** no annual servicing? Wtf?!? It's a performance car.
4. What else have they skimped on then?
5. Tissues away and move on with search.

Mine was our only car and to be honest when it became a weekend car I changed as it lacked the weekend car feel for me. Incredible as they are, I wanted a smaller, sportier weekend toy.
This was actually a very specific design decision. Many complain about cars ups gifting when in manual when they don't want them to or too early etc. As such Lexus made it so in manual is is as close to manual as you can be in and auto car. I think it's a great feature.
