  1. I thought my car had a discharge problem , turns out the battery was decaying.
  2. That was the first question I asked myself, why hasn't this 2006 car been snapped up already.
  3. Why change ? My car has a few faults that I have lived with so far, front parking sensors don't work , but more ominously, my suspension pump is fibrillating intermittently, an expensive job to undertake.
  4. Thanks guys, He does say in the advert that he has full service history, the car is going in next week for an LPG system service and then a cam belt change. I have asked if there is anything about the car that would put me off if I went to see it , no reply to that question yet.
  5. I'm seriously thinking of going for this car , sending this from my phone I can't see the correct link, but if you put in, 2006 Lexus LS430 Auto Bronze Gas Bi fuel LPG. That will take you to the EBay advert. There's bound to be someone on this forum that knows the full history of this car. I'll wait for the words of wisdom !
  6. It obviously only generates power in hours of daylight. I routed the cable as you suggested , running the cable in the gap between the wing and the screen pillar, then the hood can be closed as long as the cable clips are fitted snug to the battery top.
  7. I have one that I bought for use when we went away for a few weeks. It sits nicely on the dash , passenger side, and connects to the battery. Workso a treat.
  8. Have no idea how it's secured , Blue Tack I think !! LoL
  9. I had an 84 litre toroidial tank fitted in my LS430 by Progas at a cost of £1400. Superb job, have never yet felt the change over from petrol to gas. I though at the time that had the convex base of the tyre well been hammered flat the tank would have fitted without raising the floor level by 20mm.
