  1. No, I've seen several white carbons and one orange RCF, but not a silver one. However judging by various pics I've seen, silver is at the top of my list. Of course the camera never lies, does it?
  2. Sorry, I agree on the silver/carbon combo. Definitely miles better than looking like an undressed jaffa cake.
  3. What an excellent trip...
  4. Some wonderful pics, looks like it was a great day, perfect weather for it as well....
  5. Apart from the 1st piccie of course...
  6. Interesting how the camera is subtly angled so you almost can't see the black roof or bonnet?
  7. interesting, I had a loan RCF for a day in 2016 and the brakes were completely quiet. Though I certainly wasn't hooning it around. It was the sales director's car at the time
  8. smoking flinstones.... I thought I'd had too much coffee
  9. I can honestly say I've never heard a squeak out of mine, stock pads for over 80k miles, maybe i'm going deaf in my old age.. However, when I used to do a lot of work on old cars, I always used a little bit of copper slip on the back or the pad and/or shims, worked a treat. Trick I picked up from my dad who swore by it.
  10. Yes, but the NSX is a Honda. May be a hybrid hypercar however it's obviously closely related to my wife's Jazz and therefore has to be considered inferior.... Wanders off wondering what was in that coffee I just drank....
  11. Dammit, @Stuno1 stop talking them up, I don't want the rest of the world to catch on until I can afford to upgrade my ISF. I'm obviously not jealous of @Tom @Flytvr @Big Rat and the others, you understand.... At all.... Much....
  12. Likewise, for some reason, "Lets go to a hill climb for our anniversary celebration" didn't seem to go down very well...
  13. The RC-F isn't heavy, it's those bumpers making it look fat....
  14. @mike m - Yup it's a P38. 4.6 lump. Couple of the fuses have obviously got bit hot in the past but electrically it's ok at the moment. Biggest problem it's got at the moment is that a couple of the zircon flaps are sticking and i can't be arsed to strip the dashboard apart to get at them to lubricate them properly. My wife really likes it as it's an HSE so it's really comfortable compared to the F...
  15. I run a 20 yr old range as a second car, having chopped in my land cruiser in the for ISF. It's got it's idiosyncrasies, but strangely enough it's quite reliable!!
  16. Mines done 85k and is happily singing along...
  17. I talked to them about that car as well, cost to change was too high. Really low trade in was a big part of the problem. So I’m thinking about selling my f to wbac or similar and driving around in my old rangie for a while. Slight issue of fuel consumption to contend with though.
  18. 80k miles, no need for a top up between services. Mind you, that’s mostly uk motorway..... so pretty relaxed driving. I don’t do track days.. maybe I’m getting old.
  19. Damn but that sounds perfect... Is that just a replacement for the back boxes or does it also include new cats etc?
  20. ooh that is gooood.... I want one!!! How does it compare at motorway speeds, any drone or intrusive noise? Given how much of my life I spend on motorways........
  21. The carbon does seem to be attracting some interest....... What was their opinion of it?
  22. I hear there re some decent conversations an a lexus forum near here.....
  23. that does sound nice!! Looks a very nice job you've done there, obviously put some thought and effort into it.
