Nice Post Pete. Glad that you are continuing along the climb back to full recovery and that the occasional slug of LS 400 is easing the pain.👍👍👍 My wife is still delighted with her Mazda 2 too. It`s her tooth (second).🤣 She drove us to Dumfries and Galloway and also to Northumberland earlier in the year and I was surprised how punchy and comfortable the car was. Twas much more fuel efficient than my GS. Take care and stay well.

OK Dylan, thanks for letting me know. The distance does not however absolve the Dealer from his responsibilities. Is your local Lexus Dealer paying for any remedial work ? We`ve plenty of NX Members and I `ve not noticed a plethora of complaints similar to yours. Is the Dealer you bought from accepting his responsibilities or have you not informed him ?.

Take it back to the Dealer who sold it to you immediately as he remains responsible for fixing problems occurring within 6 months of purchase.

Many thanks Len. Engineers from MT stated their advice before the flight on the basis of the O rings not having been specc`d to operate at the low temperatures existing on the morning of the flight. Richard conducted tests after the disaster which determined the actual cause and which confirmed that the actual advice provided to NASA should not have been dismissed. As I stated previously, it was an outrageous management decision to proceed with the flight. Incidentally, most people remember that Christa McAuliffe (School Teacher) was on the flight, but hardly anyone remembers that Judi Resnik( second American female to fly in space) was on board too.
