  1. I most certainly would NOT like to meet you down a dark alley old pal !!
  2. Did you not take out the Extended Warranty Lee ?
  3. Sorry, I SHOULD HAVE SAID Humpty Dumpty, not Alice !! Silly me.
  4. And don`t overlook St Richard of the Hybrid Battery Solution who walks along the Road to Damascus, so to speak.
  5. And Lexus is here https://www.lexus.co.uk/owners/servicing-and-maintenance/hybrid-health-check/
  6. Let`s not confuse matters John. It means what it says (and what I want it to mean, said ALICE !) Many thanks again.
  7. No need now Richie, John has just answered the 64,000 Dollar question! Many thanks.
  8. Yes please Richie, that could be just the authority needed. Thanks.
  9. I have been asked by a Member to state the source of a phrase I have used fairly often recently. The phrase is "Lexus now warrants its Hybrid Batteries for 15 years from date of first registration". I am unable to trace the source, so can anyone help me please? * I can see the phrase clearly on the Toyota.co.uk website, but cannot find any reference to Lexus Hybrid Batteries. * I know that other Members use the phrase, but do not know if they are merely copying me or Toyota or if they have an authoritative source. * I have a feeling that a member on here might have reported that his Lexus Dealership told him of the 15 year Lexus Policy ? Thanks in advance for any help you can give. Many thanks
  10. And if the long test drive can embrace a weekend and allow some night driving and perhaps a fill up of fuel at the garage you normally use, then one can begin to experience real world idiosyncrasies of the vehicle open which one proposes to spend a small fortune ?

  12. Toyota is here......https://www.toyota.co.uk/owners/warranty/toyota-warranty I`m still looking for the Lexus statement.
  13. Is your Handbook silent on the issue B ?
  14. but the Sane is in France. How ridiculous !
  15. jOHN, yOU MUST TEST DRIVE A 450H AND THEN YOU WILL HAVE ALL OF THE ANSWERS.
  16. Many thanks for the update Paul. It is good that the corrective work has been carried out under the Extended Warranty. I could not fathom how the lights were the problem, it could only have been electrical which meant that it was covered by the Warranty. Good news anyway.
  17. It can do if left for unreasonable or inappropriate amounts of time. The Handbook/Information on the vehicle B Pillar or Fuel Cap will advise on the appropriate pressures depending on proposed speed and or weight to be carried.
  18. Please show/tell us where on the schedule is the text which supports your view Paul.
  19. A happy Lexus driver is a really happy man. Good news Vlad.
  20. Ask Richard at this place. http://www.hybridbatterysolutions.co.uk/
  21. Up to £3k for the LS. Do not overlook the Toyota Camry.
  22. My thoughts too Mel, but beauty does lie in the eye of the beholder.
