Toyota Prius are known to have exceeded 400k as taxis in UK without battery problems and whilst I stand to be corrected, there has not been one single fault reported on any Hybrid Transmission. Lexus CT200h models are also being reported as trouble free vehicles to own and run.

  7. No harm in asking them David.Ask for 2 quotes, one for the "full" and one for the "essentials" service.
  8. It is only true Mark if the definition of "life" is understood. To avoid doubt and misunderstanding "life" means the production run of the model. This has traditionally been of the order of 6/7 years depending upon the manufacturer. If one assumes that David`s car has had a 150,000 mile service, then it is due a (1)60,000 miles (full as defined by Lexus) service, plus consumables.
